      Absolutely would not recommend this place. They installed DVD players for us almost 2 years ago and theyve never worked! We paid a fortune for them and they had us bring in the car 10+ times but never actually fix it. They never return our calls. Pretty sore were to the point of screening our number. *** attempted to contact management, but they never reach out to us. We deserve our money back or what we paid for-2 working dvd players. Dont waste your Time- go somewhere that honors their work!

      We are very sorry for the inconvenience. Although we have replaced all parts that could be causing the issues, it appears the problem has not resolved. While we reached out to the equipment manufacturer, aside from recommending we replace parts; they were unable to assist us further. We are happy to issue a full refund on your system and again, apologize for the inconvenience.

      They told me i would never have any issues with my window tint if i got ceramic. Its starting to peel, and the worse part is every time i call to try and get it fixed, they blow me off and say they cant help because they dont have a technician available. Its been 4 months!!!!

      This is a business which advertise and speak highly of their professional services in custom work but what I'd personally experienced after paying over $10k for a custom job plus for some stereo equipment, very horrible customer services and unsatisfactory custom work were I had to keep returning my slingshot for either failed installed equipment and/or custom work dismantling. They took my slingshot apart with the understanding they would do a complete custom job but in the process they refused to reinstall my top which they had taken off plus the manager and tech kept lying to me about discovered issues I had only started experiencing once after picking my slingshot up on a warranty service(s)) of non related warranty issues. I had contacted the upper manager to report my complaints and no resolve nor response

      Around $8000.00 and it still isn't right. i started a simple audio install of new subs and amp in a 2017 Ram **** in March of 2021. i went with the recommended setup of a prefabbed underseat sub box and the recommended subs and amp to match along with all the associated electronics to integrate everything with my factory head unit. Upon picking up my vehicle after installation everything seemed to be working fine. in less than 24 hours i was back for blown speakers, which were replaced under warranty. Less than 1 week later i was back again for blown speakers once again. i was told that it shouldn't be happening cause everything had been tuned before it was picked up and the amplifier wasn't overpowering the subs. after another sub replacement under warranty, the gain control k*** for the subs stopped working, which was traced down to a bad ground and repaired. Couple of weeks later my subs blow again and I'm contemplating having them remove the entire system due to all of the problems I've had with it and the time spent going back and forth for repairs. Finally I talked to a salesman ******* who was absolutely terrific in explaining what i needed to do to get the results I wanted. So I Purchased a new head unit that would decrease distortion, 2 new amplifiers, new 3 way component speakers for the front doors, new component set for the rear doors, additional battery, sound deadening for the doors, alarm system, interfaces and trim pieces, along with all of the additional wiring, warranties and installation fees. All to the tune of 8 grand!!!!! To say this install has been nothing short of a s*** show is a complete understatement!!! To begin with, the installation wasn't completed when i was told it would be completed. My thousand dollar alarm doesn't work like it is supposed to. (shock sensors nor tilt sensors work). The second remote for the alarm isn't programmed to the unit, so it is basically non existent. The *** connector for the radio doesn't work at all, the speakers are mounted in the wrong location and sound horrible due to incorrect installation (installer stated that the mounting plate was too thick and the speakers were hitting the door grills), SiriusXM receiver not mounted at all...just laying on the dash. The wiring was sloppy and I was thoroughly disappointed with the overall installation, definitely when spending this amount of money and giving the company another chance after the bad experience with the first installation. After speaking with ******* and showing him the quality of work, he told me he would have everything fixed. During this time I continued to do business with them spending over $800 getting the windows tinted on my wife's SUV, then another $2000 to get a new head unit installed in my wife's SUV that turned out to be another s*** show in itself. After dropping off the vehicle the night before the install date, and coming to get it the next evening right before closing we were told that the unit wouldn't fit, and couldn't be installed which led to having to leave her car another day to be put back together. Since the unit did not fit (after we were told it would according to their system) i asked for a refund, which they said would not be a problem. upon my wife picking up her vehicle and getting a refund, she was told that we were being charged $134.00 for labor on a head unit that could not be installed. Why would I be charged for labor on something that wasn't installed due to no fault of mine. Finally set an appointment to have all of the items addressed with the install on my truck foe Sept. 27th and will have to leave it for another week to address the shoddy installation. If i could leave 0 stars i would!!!
