      I do not normally do this but the level of unprofessionalism I received working with ***** over at Texas speed was beyond subpar I ordered long tube headers for my 2022 Dodge Charger Hellcat I was told they had a couple of them in stock this was for the 4th of July sale of 2023 and that I would get shipping confirmation later that day I let the weekend go by because I understand it was a holiday and then I followed up with him later the next week and he stated that apparently a few people cleaned out their inventory for the sale when I made my purchase there was some still available he then told me late July early August so I just had to play the waiting game since I had other parts on back order with other companies late July came he said early august that came he said 8/22/23 and he was certain they were coming I followed up and he said it wasn't on the shipment and he doesn't know what's coming until its here its looking like early September so I called TSP and spoke to someone else (who's name I can't remember) and he said there was a problem in shipping and when the order came in they were damaged in transit but then why did *************** me they didn't come in fast forward to the waiting game again mid September I ask the lead times on when they would be here and he told me that it would be around 4 weeks and they're about to ship from factory and then something told me to call because he is a liar and I spoke to a different rep and he tells me mid November when they will be here I advised him to just cancel my order and he told me it would take about 5 business days to hit my account back and today makes day 6 now Im just ****** off I email ***** he tells me AFTER HE CONFIRMED IT WAS ON THE WAY THAT LAST WEEK That the Refund Clerk isn't in the office this week but my thing is why tell me it was on the way? Why not tell me the truth on what happened to the **** headers why give me the run around for MONTHS !!!! NEVER SHOPPING WITH TSP AGAIN BECAUSE THIS BLEW ME!

      I ordered a rotating assembly for my 2007 trailblazer ss, customer service over the phone was helpful when it came to purchasing items but on 2 occasions I was shipped the wrong part . First time was no big deal it was just piston rings but the second time set me back. I was sent a 24 tooth reluctor , now the car is sitting at my mechanics spot while I wait on the 54 tooth meaning the motor is now going to come out of my vehicle and the crankshaft will also need to come out and obviously its on my own dime. When talking over the phone I was unclear on the reluctor size I needed but this is when I was asked about my vehicle (year/make) trusting that the people who do this for a living would be able to give me helpful answers which did not happen . So when I called all they offered was to send the correct part , after everything I payed Texas speed for parts I dont feel like just having the part I shouldve had to begin with shipped makes up for the money its going to cost me on my end , unfortunately money doesnt grow on trees

      This customer called in and requested a part for their vehicle. His particular vehicle (-06/-07 Trailblazers) are a little difficult, as the reluctor wheel selection does not follow that of other ***** trucks of the same year range. It is unclear whether the incorrect part was purposefully selected or if there was confusion on the call in confirming the accurate year of the vehicle. Since this vehicle is different than other GM vehicles of the same time period, we have developed training materials specific to these years of Trailblazers that all the sales associates possess and have been trained, to prevent this exact situation. Regardless of how this situation transpired, the incorrect reluctor wheels was sent to the customer. The customer's son called in to report the issue and once we recognized the error, we offered the customer's son the option of returning the crankshaft to TSP to replace the incorrect reluctor wheel and rebalance the crankshaft, or to send him the replacement part to provide to their own mechanic for installation. The customer chose to have the correct part sent out instead of returning the crankshaft to TSP to have that work done free-of-charge.While we could have helped offset some of the cost of labor had the customer accepted our offer to have the reluctor wheel replaced at TSP, we respected their decision for how to proceed.

      I was never offered to have any work done Im really unsure whats is being said and why customers son is being used for my title . I ordered parts for a 2007 trailblazer SS and received parts for a 2006 . I was never offered to have any work done by Texas speed and Im not sure how that even makes sense as I am in ************* not Texas . Also I had to pull the entire motor out so Im really having a hard time understanding what they claimed to offer me . Did they want me to put my motor on a pallet and send them the whole entire motor ? All I asked for was compensation on their fuckup and I have not received it after spending thousands on a large automotive parts company and as always the little guys get screwed . Thanks for absolutely nothing

      Was instructed by their sales team that they would waive the restocking fee on my return, so I returned the headders and catted y pipes to find out that the sales associate that informed me that the fee would be waived is not allowed to do that and now I am stuck with a ****** restocking fee that was guaranteed to me that they would take care of it and refund my full amount, now the manager that I spoke with pretty much told me that I got bent over and it rammed in deep and that they cannot fix this problem. The sales rep I spoke to reassured me multiple times that they would waive the fee but they did not and refuse NOW to make it right. So I would not recommend this company to anyone, this company is ran buy a lot of CHEAT and LIARS!!! If I could have given this company a Negative amount of STARS I would have.
