            We purchased a used vehicle from Westside used autos august of 2017. Within 6 months of financing the vehicle we experienced motor issues and we’re not able to drive the car until 1 year later. Westside agreed to help fix the car and defer payments so we can get the vehicle running. We signed a contract for the repairs on the vehicle that they would continue taking payments after the vehicle was paid off. August of 2020 the vehicle was officially paid off but we still had the balance of the repairs. We continue to pay but they closed the account and marked false reports on our credit report causing our score to drop and when addressed they said it was an accident. They call excessively 5-6 times back to back even from their personal phones and Yesenia is very rude and has caused me to have panic attacks at work with the things she says to me. We are asking for our title and they will not give it to us even though the vehicle is paid off.
