This place has been the bane of my existence since I purchased a car from them. My interactions from their employee Gabriel have been nothing less than offensive. While the owner mentions that he gets compliments from many customers leads me to believe that his actions towards me are personal. I don't know him personally nor do I care to meet someone that nasty in personality. The topper is how he gets away with treating me like this. Almost every interaction with me had been with him finding ways to belittle me from telling he has a job and doesn't have problems paying his bills to telling me that it's not his fault that I lost my job and I should be able to pay the car. I understand that those are not his problems but the fact this employer allows his employees to talk to customers in this manner is horrific. As a customer service agent and even a previous collector, there is no excuse for treating a customer in such a manner. Now either I have gone into the twilight zone or simply have better etiquette but this not a way to talk to customers and expect them to just sit back and let some random person belittle and condemn them.
