    ****************** purchased a 2006 Chevrolet Silverado **** the vehicle on or about April 12, 2022, for $12,327.70. The vehicle is not in working conditions. There is damage to the transmission. The cost to repair the vehicle is $5,300.00. He has not used the vehicle from April 20, 2022 and had to rent another vehicle until May 21, 2022. They paid $7,150.00 to use the rental vehicle. ****************** is seeking to return the vehicle in exchange for $21,162.70 consisting of: (1) a full refund of $12,327.70; (2) rental reimbursement of $7,150.00; (3) $185.00 diagnostic fee; and (4) attorneys fees of $1,500.00.An attempt was made to resolve this matter with the business, but they declined to do so.

    I have had the worst experience with purchasing my first vehicle with these guys.I will say these are seasoned con men will tell you whatever to sell you a vehicle and will max out everything on paper to make you think your buying a good vehicle and it be a lemon.I bought a 2010 f350 and its been in the shop the whole time Ive owned the truck.oil leak that has yet to be fixed.Went I. For an oil leak came out twice with AC broke been in the shop a total of 5 times and still leaking Ive had the vehicle for going on 2 months..and they literally waited to give truck back after the warranty expired and then say we cant fix nothing else cause no warranty if that aint a scam I dont know what is new are is all I can say I got screwed out this deal

    So let's start with I don't really want to respond to this but I have to as a business. You bought a vehicle that is used not new you also bought a vehicle that is sold as is other than the warranty that I provide. The warranty is in the comments so everyone can look at it.. You brought the vehicle back because it had an oil leak We did know that it was a large oil leak from the front of the Motor and even though it is excluded from my warranty we decided to help you.. We took the truck to a new mechanic tha new mechanic that we were trying out because we wanted to get your truck out fast. That turned out to be a nightmare as 1st we replaced the gasket to the oil pump and crank housing. When we brought it back it was still leaking actually worse than before . So we took it back to him and then we replaced the oil pump and gaskets again so you got a new oil pump At our cost. We thought the issue was fixed but unfortunately it was not. We put in a phone call to our normal mechanic and ask if he could do us a giant favor which he did. We took the truck up there to him. He diagnosed a truck and told me there was a broken tube and also that there was a water pump that was leaking . I instructed him to fix the oil leak and the water pump even though it was something that was not covered in our warranty.. which he did. You then let us know that the ** was not working.. I informed you that the compressor was new and had warranty although the labor was not under warranty with obvious reasons it is not the mechanics problem or fault or anyone fault for that matter parts go bad.. You proceeded with a bunch of name calling foul language And even throw on my faith in my face which a person should never do. and even with all the name calling And foul language I decided to help you and told you I would pay for half the labor which I Did not have to do. I have Gone above and beyond what I said I was going to do and even above my warranty As seen above. After you Message me today and I informed you that I was not paying for anything else above and beyond what I've already fixed and done you went off again with the name calling bad language and throwing my faith at me. At that point I told you that I would not be replying to your messages anymore as I will not tolerate your language and and dialect towards towards me. I think customers can make a decision on their own on who is right and wrong in this situation. If any customers have any questions whatsoever you can either pm me or on the thread I will be more than happy to answer any questions you may have.

    This guy is full of lies but there is no way a truck going to go in 5 times to his dealership and still come out leaking oil if they fixed it I have **** messages and picture sent to this lier con artist that show he was blowing mumble jumbo to buy time to allow warranty to run out.AC went out twice I also have were this punk tried to bribe me to sign a contract with him and hed replace the compressor I did not sign no contract cause mechanic said once I get that truck back it will blow again its not the compressor this guys did not mention. In any paper work or at all the truck had electrical issues and so he left that out so regardless if he fixed it he only fixed it thinking Id sign his con agreement so he can s**** me over again this punk is stating how I exposed his **** how he **** me acting like a god fearing ********* and that was all just a front.this dude is a scam selling cars under false promotion as vehicles are not promoted as he post on social media this guy told me for what its valued is why hes selling so high he a con and wants to make light of a scam.I have prof **** I can show the BBB the real punk con this guy is so you can see why I speak how I speak about this boy cause for one there was no reason my truck should of went to the shop literally the second day you purchase a vehicle from any shop.you think that is right.no but he dose and he kept it a month and a half and to this day its broken not fixed still leaking still no AC but promoted it on social media as other wise I under stand as is but this is not what he promoted hes a lier con selling limons
