The only reason this review is receiving 2 stars is for the fact we love our truck and that ******** (internet sales) was extremely helpful in the process. The issues actually stem from the accounting department. I had a trade in which it took a month to payoff due to it being sent to the wrong address TWICE. Then it was shorted by $500 - so this resulted in another check being sent out. The second issue was we obtained a loan through our own bank in which would cover the cost of the truck, doc fees, sales tax, etc.. There was no issue in cashing the check on their end but it took almost 60 days for us to receive the difference due to the sales tax not being figured into our deal (due to us being out-of-state). I contacted their so called "controller" in which she provided me with the *** tracking # for the check they mailed to our bank. After dealing with our bank, it turns out the check was sent not endorsed. I then contacted the controller and informed her that the check needed to be issued to my husband and myself as well as providing her with the appropriate person at the bank who would authorize the consent to do so. She came back at me stating she had to have something in writing and that she couldn't accept verbal consent - the bank does not issue letters as such. I explained that verbal consent should be more than sufficient as I to am an accountant within the dealership world but if that the check was sent back to the bank it needed to include our checking account #. The check was then sent to the wrong address. Once it finally reached the bank it was then applied to the principal of our loan rather than the checking account (which I advised needed to be listed on the check). I have been dealing with the bank in trying to get this mess squared away since she couldn't be bothered to issue a new check with the correct information or accept the verbal consent given by the bank to issue directly to us. We now have to wait even longer to register/plate our truck in our state due to this hang-up. The funny part was it took me threatening to file a complaint to get the controller to respond to my email from a week ago with the updated check/tracking # - what a joke.
