              This company has some very great employees and some very rude ones. No one can effectively show or present their policy in black and white stating that they dont give refunds for deductibles that has been paid out of pocket from a customer after receiving the funds back from the other parties insurance company once they were paid. I paid a deductible upon waiting on a decision from the other insurance company of the party that hit my vehicle and was told Id receive a refund for my deductible upon request and no one has yet to fulfill. Instead they want to just put it towards my principal which is not what I requested. A rude supervisor was the person that told me they dont have to show you a policy for things like this its just what they can say and the customer has to go with it. This company is horrible and I will never buy a car from them again. They told me Ive called multiple times about the same thing like I dont know how many times Ive called. If I havent received the proper answer thats shown to me written in black *** white this my need isnt being met by a company I pay my money to and currently I am not in default and my account is current.

              The initial insurance claim with GEICO was denied, it required a deductible be paid for the claim to be filed under the *** policy customer has with Berkshire. Once the vehicle was repaired, GEICO changed their position and decided to pay the claim. It took a slight delay in determining the exact cost to Berkshire for repair as well as confirmation of receipt of funds from GECIO that cleared the bank. We then had to refund Berkshire for the claim. Upon doing so, the deductible was refunded to the customer and applied as a payment on the account. this was communicated to the customer and appeared to satisfy the request. This situation is highly irregular in that, the insurance company "re-examining" their initial decision, rarely occurs. I am confident that we got this completed to the customers satisfaction, although it may not have been in the timeframe they envisioned. Again, highly irregular situation, but resolved.

              I am shocked how they have good reviews, but I noticed the reviews are from people who easy approve to get the car. When my husband and I got the car we filled online and easy got the car. What the bad experience I have is, we been paying the car straight 3 months without missing payment. The sale plate was expired by November 1. My husband asked if MCMC ever send letter or called me to get new car plate they never did. I called them and they answered. I asked about when I getting the plate for my new car. They replied they have it, I asked why never called or send me an email but they never gave me a reason. Went to the mcmc to get my plate for the car, however I show the guys why the car color was coming off they just back off and told me because I wax it which I never waxed my car. When the car insurance inactivated me because I only gave half of my payment, MCMC without sending letter or without calling me or no email from them. They decided to repossessed my car for no insurance and because I was 7 days late due. When I called the customer service I need to get my wallet in the car because I was not notified that my car was repossessed they gave me hard time to make an appointment to get all my stuff from my car. They expected me to paid $1,000 to get my car back. I never said I want my car back all I was need to get my stuff by the afternoon went to the car auctions and the staff who work in car auction drive the car to us so we can get our stuff. The staff immediately grab my husband car key saying he cannot have the car key unit we paid. My husband said, at least let us get our house keys that are in the chain with the car key then the man gave the key back to my husband and stalked my husband make sure not going to steal the car ??. My husband politely removed our house key from the car key. Grab our stuff and left.

              Sold date was 9/2/2023 with first payment due 09/22/2023. Last payment received was on 12/01/2023 for the payment due on 12/07/2023. Multiple attempts to reach the customer between 12/08/2023 and 12/20/2023 were made via phone, text and email with no communication from customer.  We received notification of cancellation of insurance, sent letter and email regarding that, no reply. Only after vehicle was repossessed did we receive a phone call from the customer regarding the repossession. We informed them of amount required to reinstate and made an appointment for item retrieval. We state clearly during the sales process and also during the post sale interview, that communication is critical to success in our program. Failure to maintain proper insurance, failure to make payment and failure to communicate intent will result in recovery. The customer was aware of what is required to be successful in the program. The vehicle was stored at a third party facility, so the interaction with security at that location is something that I cannot speak to, they have their own process and procedure for allowing customers access to the vehicles.

              This company is unprofessional and unethical. They purposefully did not take money out of my account so that my account was in default. They failed to charge me the right amount for insurance, and then said I owed $600 in past due insurance amounts. I have reported them to number governing agencies for their malpractice. They then repossessed the car after I reported them, and said I would have to pay a total of $1,000 to get my car back. Do not get your car with this company. The staff is rude, incompetent, and money hungry.

              **************** was made aware of the fact that she was paying less than the total amount due each payment. We offered to defer payments for her if she set up payments for the correct amount. She refused and hung up. She did file complaints which we are in process of responding to, but she also failed to make any type of payment toward the account, even after the offer was provided to assist in deferring a payment,. I am quite sure that had she experienced an accident or loss, she would have wanted the insurance to cover that, A product she was not paying for, although, again, we offered solutions that would have addressed the issue easily. The $1000 to reinstate she is referring to, also included a deferral to assist her. We certainly do not make money repossessing cars, we make money when customers pay for them, which is what we tried to do with ****************, but she decided to do nothing, which caused us to take action. The complaints filed had nothing to do with our actions, the actions were a result of her failing to make payments on the vehicle.

              Horrible they get you in saying they help with credit and report to all credit companies when I found out its only one . Second they are nosey if you need help on payments they want to know why and if you have a co-signer why cant they help with the payments they have toewed my car twice before 30 days and I got it out with the tow charge and two car payments on top

              MCMC Auto reports to all three credit reporting agencies every month. A cosigner to a loan is responsible for payments to be made as well as the primary buyer. We try to assist all customers when financial hardships arise, in order to provide assistance, it is important that we know what the issue is so we can provide the best option to help.

              I REPEAT!!! DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FOR THEM! They treat their customer like ****, all facts! The **************** lady, her name is *** should be fired without hesitation she handles all customer rudely and were the ones keeping a check in her pocket. They literally are a scam and I wouldnt do any business with MCMC. As soon as next year hits, Im done with them. No one deserves to be treated like that are have they car repossessed because the Salesman ***** or ****** from ****** location in Arlington explained the bill cycle wrong. Everyone that works for MCMC ***** . I REPEAT do not do business with them, I definitely just saved to time, money and a headache. You all see the receive nothing but 1 STARS I shouldve definitely paid attention as to why because the whole car lot EACH ONE. Needs to be shut down for good. The world is better off without MCMC in it! FACTS!

              Vehicle was purchased on 10/25/2023. The account was set up as a semi-monthly payment beginning with first payment on 11/17. We did a post-sale interview on 10/25 and reviewed the terms of the contract with **************. All was agreed upon. First payment was made on time, the payment for 12/2 was declined. We attempted multiple times to reach ************** to correct the issue with no response. The vehicle was repossessed for failure to pay on 12/08/2023. ************** reinstated the loan paying the past due amount on 12/15/2023. The only interaction prior to the repossession with **************** was the post-sale interview. Once repossessed, we had 2 interactions with **************, providing her the requirements to reinstate the account. She was upset over the situation, but as we stated in the post-sale interview and attempts to contact **************, communication is important if the account would not be paid as agreed. The sales people have no input as to how a customer pays once the account is contracted. The terms and conditions that were presented to the customer at the time of sale were agreeable based on the executed contract, and the post-sale interview. If there was an issue with the terms and conditions, ************** was given an opportunity at the time of sale as well as during the post-sale interview to express concerns. She did not.

              BEWAREEEEE! MCMC AUTO *********** TEXAS!! ************************************************************************************! My son got a car from them Wednesday evening between 6pm-7pm and on Friday morning around 10am they repossessed it. They said they called him Friday morning and he didnt answer to do a post sale interview. When he asked about getting the car back they said they wouldnt reinstate it nor will he get his money back. Everytime he spoke to someone they had a rude response saying things like the only way youll get it back is if you pay for the car in full, they hung up in his face etc. They should be shut down and not allowed to do business.Update: After I sent them messages on FB messenger demanding the return of his money, and informed them that I would reach out to local news stations they said they will give him money back but asked for the reviews of MCMC to be deleted. He paid $1000 down and $150 for insurance and they are only wanting to give him $1000 and waive the repo fee. YOU CANNOT SCAM SOMEONE AND THEN SAY I waived the repo fee the repo fee is a result of DOING SHADY BUSINESS!! **** sent him a message after him saying he wants all of his money back and I quote, I am done, take the $1000 or go seek your legal counsel. Dont know what else to say. YOU DONT GET TO SCAM SOMEONE AND REQUEST THAT THE REVIEWS ARE REMOVED! ****** ********** TEXAS PEOPLE DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT GO HERE TO GET A VEHICLE.

              Fair warning do not take your car to this so called mechanical shop. They do not have good mechanics. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! I went in to get one thing fixed and they broke my valve cover so I had to take it back and they quoted me 745 because I had other issues wrong with the car. I told them I shouldn't have to pay for the valve cover. And they said ok and then the quote went up to 888 with out me knowing and deducted 118 for good will smh lol you do the math. So one my issues that was wrong with the car was coolant leak they so called fixed that but it started leaking again not even two weeks. I called them and they said bring it back in. Tell me why I would take my car back to this so called mechanical shop so they can break something else or not fix it correctly and say their not responsible for any other issues afterwards smh. With that being I highly recommend for customers not to take their car here.

              Very unprofessional and discriminating. They do not care about their customers..just their money. And i purchased a car from this dealership and they have repo'd my car twice. And my sons father purchased a car from them as well except hes pays his car note every thirty days. They then proceeded to tell me i cant change my payments dates.

              This is an April 2023 sale. The account was repossessed for failing to make payment or keeping arrangement to pay past due. We have reinstated the loan despite the early term delinquency. Every account is viewed and reviewed based on the age of the contract, the severity of the delinquency, and the communication with the customer. I cannot speak to the other account, only base this response on the facts at hand regarding this account.

              This company is a rip off Im on the phone with a lawyer.My car was in a car accident in August my insurance sent me a check so I can get it running remind you I just got the car in July I took it to a shop to get fixed they fixed it so I can get back and forth to work the dent is still in the car but in the meantime my serpentine belt broke so I called the service department to see if it was still in warranty I was told yes so I had my car towed over today ***** told me I couldnt get my vehicle back because of unrelated reason because I didnt give them the money my insurance gave me.

              You cashed a $3000.00 check from the insurance company and did not get the vehicle repaired, we are well within our rights to protect the security interest we have in the vehicle. We are moving the vehicle to a bodyshop to have the bodywork completed at which time you will be able to recover the vehicle once that bodyshop is paid, which should be from the proceeds you received for the wreck from the insurance company.

              **************** as in communication is rude and I sent my car to service department after complaining several times its hard to get in touch with the service department they dont return calls or emails. They claim to had fixed my issue that was wrong with my car comes to find out they only through two so called new tires on there didnt fix the problem and charged me ****** dollars for nothing. Come along again still having issues still nothing has been done but they constantly call for a payment. I have had three blow outs on the highway with my kids in there have all my receipts do you think they care nope. I am in the middle of getting legal help now for safety reason of them not fixing the issue could have not only got me and my children hurt or maybe even worse if I wasnt going the speed limit but I couldve hurt others as well. Due to them only wanting money but selling people these lemons. Someone else had lease the car before they offered me the car I didnt know any of that until after I signed my paperwork and was setting up payments. They are such a ripoff they dont care about the customers safety nor the things they need they car for why constantly pay for something thats not working nor they are willing to fix. If the service department that hard to get in touch with then maybe yall need new workers. I fell behind on my payments they have helped with those I can say but as of a running dependable car thats out the question do not get a car from them it is not a for sure thing to have a dependable car PERIODT. I cant depend on the car to take me to visit home in *********** from here on out for they lack of safety and caring service department I have to rent a vehicle to visit home. Because my children and I are scared to travel in the car after going through 3 blowouts that almost costed us our life and when I told them do you think they cared nope. I contacted the Service Manager and he will have someone reach out to you today to get the vehicle in for service. You shouldn't be experiencing three blowouts, if there was nothing on the road that caused them. I made it clear to the Service Manager that he needs to get a full understanding of what you are experiencing so we can determine what we can do to resolve the issue. As far as prior lease, we do not lease vehicles, but it was a vehicle that we sold to an individual prior to delivering to you. It is a pre-owned vehicle, so it should be expected that someone else owned it prior to you taking delivery. Thank you for the compliment regarding the payment assistance we provided, I coach our customer service agents to provide assistance to our customers whenever possible. I am glad we were able to assist you when you fell behind. As for the vehicle safety, again, I made it abundantly clear to the Service Manager that the vehicle is to be scheduled for an appointment and we are to go over it to determine what issues your are experiencing and correct that.
