His amazing customer service from beginning to end was unbelievable! ***** made me feel comfortable and never once pressured me into anything. He really took the time to get to know my situation and what I was worried about. ***** was so humble and genuine, he assured me that if I was unable to get into a vehicle with them, then he would do everything in his power to lead me in the direction that would work for me. ***** and ***** went ABOVE AND BEYOND helping my family get into an affordable and reliable vehicle. Things did not come together that day, but ***** and ***** worked late hours and continued to help find a solution that would work for my family and what I was able to afford. They continued to fight for me and put all their extra time into finding a solution even after it got late and I went home. I truly did not think I would be able to get approved for anything. Because of *****'s hospitality and over the top customer service, I continued to have faith and strong with McLeod. I felt a true bond and believed that something good would come out of the wait. In the meantime, they also helped my daughter with a free diagnostic test for her car because it was having problems. They even gave us a free loner car until they were able to fix hers.
