    Not satisfied with the vehicle it was not even a week and the dashboard in engine making gurgling sounds dashboard is crack they said it would be taking care of the first Monday after purchase they finally have is appointment last Thursday to only tell us it was repaired and not going to fix the damage when I called they said they dont know who is going to pay to replace the glass too many run around I dont want the vehicle I want my money back very unsatisfied I feel robbed

    I bought a 2017 Ram **** new in 2017. Four weeks ago, the truck started running rough. Check engine light came on. Took it to the dealer to have repairs made. Took the truck in on a Tuesday,diagnosed on Wednesday. They called me Wednesday to tell me the Wiring harness to the injectors was bad, $1120.68 to replace, would be back on the road good as new on Friday. That was the last time they called me, i had to initiate calls from then on. I called on Friday, inquiring the status of the truck repairs, and was told we have a "cascade of Problems". I asked what he meant by that, and was given the definition of cascade. very condescending attitude. The second diagnosis was my PCM was bad. They would replace but only charge for the wiring harness, but would take 2 weeks to get part. I called on Thursday, 3 weeks and 2 days after taking the truck in, and was told the part was either here, or would be here by noon that Thursday. I called on Friday and was told they did not know the status of my truck because the technician was sick and they couldn't get ahold of him. Finally got truck back Saturday afternoon, Truck ran great for ****************************************************** summary, do not take you vehicle to be repaired at Cecil Motors in burnet. This app requires a star rating. I had to give it a one, which is 1 higher than it deserves.
