Veterans beware, I had the worst experience every at Barrett Jaguar ******. I suggest you run your own car fax, the one they posted online for the used car I purchased was not true. In recent experience when I purchased a used car everything looked good at first, two days later I decided to run my own car fax, come to find out the car had been stolen and recovered just before I bought it, Barrett Sales team failed to disclose that information. When I confronted the sales manager two days after I purchased the car he stated he didn't have to disclose anything. Finally when asked for my old car back they returned it to me damaged, with a voucher they owe me a repair. During the process of returning the previously stolen used car they sold me, the sales manager took the opportunity when he was alone with me and actually began to threaten me, "WOW" in my 35 years of military service, I have never been treated so poorly as I was at Barrett Jaguar of ******. As for my damaged car they returned to me, I'll have that fixed anywhere else but Barrett Jaguar of ******. This experience was absolutely the worst, I say stay far away from this dealership if at all possible.

*********** we discussed the vehicle was not stolen but was purchased using a fake identity. We did not post a fraudulent carfax. There is no way to control when or how something is reported to Carfax and we only post a link to Carfax, not an actual Carfax report. Because of how Carfax reported it, we agreed to unwind the transaction in good faith and agree to fix any damage that was on your car either before or after it was traded in and became one of our inventory vehicles. I apologize for your poor interactions with the sales manager. We have immense respect for our veteran community and are veteran owned.
