RUN FROM THIS PLACE OF BUSINESS DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY, NO VEHICLE IS WORTH THE HASSLE AND IGNORANCE YOU WILL BE FACED WITH IF YOU DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!! They are very unprofessional! To help out a friend I made a payment for them, and the employee there (********) processed the payment incorrectly!! She doesn't know how to process payments correctly and did a cash advance on my CC instead. When I called to speak with her she stated there is only one way to process payments on the CC machine and has never had any complaints from anyone else, she refuses to accept responsibility for her mistake or to rectify it!! She kept pushing blame off to the individual the payment was made for and the CC company for any fees charged. The only reason she hasn't had any complaints is most likely because most people don't watch their CC statements and are never aware of the fees being charged because of her arrogance or the people are afraid that the company will try to repo their vehicle if they complain... I don't know but either way she needs to be retrained on how to operate the CC machine properly and take responsibility for her actions

I just paid off my car and they are giving me the run around about my title.. I changed my address 1 year and 6 months ago.. And everytime I make a payment my receipts come to the correct address.. But why havent I received my title yet I have made several attempts to contact the business and they even blocked me and keep hanging up the phone in my face.. I never missed a payment and I have no idea why Im being treated like this .. They are not personal at all.. Im actually thinking about taking legal action because this is not right .. I paid u guys my honest money I need my title..
