Do not purchase an extended warranty from this dealership!!!! My husband and I purchased a 2015 Dodge Ram **** from the used car lot on March 10, 2017. We purchased a 72 month / ******* mile extended warranty. *** finance lady used the new vehicle extended warranty contract instead of used car warranty contract. *** extended warranty date on the contract started in December of 2014 when we entered into the contract with the dealership on 3/10/2017! We paid for a 72 month / ******* mile warranty that we found out today January 31, 2022 expired in December of 2020! We only actaully had the warranty for 46 months or 3 years and 8 months not the full 72 months / ******* miles! *** warranty company said it happens all the time and all the dealership has to do is call them and correct the date to the date the contract was signed 3/10/2017 and they will honor it. ********************* and the Finance *************** refuse to correct it. ********************* stated to my husband and I multiple times he was the final decision. He does not ah e a boss or superior he is the final say! ***y were paid commission off of the sale of this warranty that we could not use for the full 72 Month / ******* mile warranty because we did not own the vehicle from December 2014 to March 9, 2017! ***y ripped us off! Do not buy an extended warranty from this dealership! *** sad part is we purchased two vehicles from this dealership both used with extended warranties. ***y only did this shady dealings and deceptive practice on one car deal! We planned on using them for all future vehicle purchases and let *** and **** know this however, they DID NOT CARE! ***y have lost my business forever and it is sad that they do not care! I bet the board of directors and owners would care! ***y should both be reprimanded and correct the error to make this right!
