Slimy business practices. They sent several mailers offering my Dad up to $38,445 for his 2016 Silverado. Since my Dad has recently passed away, my mom made an appointment I went with her. We knew the truck had a few things that would reduce the price, but they came out with an offer of $25,000. When I questioned the guy about the difference in the two offers, he repeatedly and rudely interrupted me saying "that says as much as". The I asked to speak to the manager and he was even more dismissive and repeatedly lied, saying the price was reduced because the truck has ****** miles (it has ******, which is below average) and they were calculating ****** miles per year. They had deducted the check engine light, but hadn't even pulled a code on it. He also said the offer on the card was if it was a 4x4 and they didn't know if ours was a 4x4. That's of course nonsense because they would know that based on the **** Total bait and switch. We may only get $25,000 for the truck, but it won't happen with them.
