      I have bought two cars from this dealership Hiley Volkswagen of Arlington I bought a 2015 Kia ******* with a trade-in 2012 Kia *** ($2500) plus money $3k-7k down and then have a 2016 Volkswagen Tiguan within a 6-month-1 year in between from each other. The first car they had said they didn't know what was wrong with it and they even sent it to another car dealership, they didn't know what was wrong with the car. I have told them several times I did want my current car or past car, but they kept giving me the runaround. So, I got pressured and blinded into buying my current car. The car also was priced at roughly $12,000 and now I owe around $12,500(example price). I have brought the car back serval times. Because it wasn't properly running the first time, they said nothing was wrong with the car, and the second time they said the motor and transmission had problems. The service manager said he was not going to fix it because it going to be like my last car. The manager said he needed a little bit of time and he see what he could do. A whole month passed and still nothing no call or anything it wasn't until I had to take the car back because the check engine light kept coming on. ****** (the manager) said he could help me, but I would need to put in more money down on a car for them to help me. The best they could do for me is ***** months they could top off my oil in the car oil.

      If I could give -5 stars I would. If you get a notification in your Mazda vehicle letting you know that you need maintenance do not take it here. Go to a mechanic, chances are you just need an oil change and filter replacement. You will get better service, fair pricing, and you won't be stuck waiting 3 hours for a service that does not take that long to complete. To top it off, you won't be told to drive your own vehicle into a tight space. I was being waved in by an employee yesterday to the service garage who neglected to tell me to stop when my car was coming up too close on the left side to the concrete barrier. I thought I had enough clearance to make the turn (visually confirming) and I was not told by the employee to stop. The censors on my car also did not go off on that side, and they would have if I was coming up too close. I ended up swiping the left side of my car and denting it. To add insult to injury, there were 2 employees in this area also staring right at me watching me drive in this entire time and did not tell me to stop. No one came to my help and no one even asked if I was ok. The representative assisting me at the service center even told me that this was his fault and that he should have driven my vehicle. Most good quality dealerships drive in your vehicle for you. After waiting 3 hours quite unnecessarily for them to service my car I find out that I just need an oil change and to change out some filters. Once this was done I find out that they did not use full synthetic oil which I had specifically requested. The representatives were also quick to tell me that people bump into those concrete barriers all the time and were very quick to suggest local body shops (hello scam). To make matters worse, they did not even tell me if my damaged vehicle would be safe to drive home and it was not. I brought the vehicle back at the first sign of trouble and they didn't address anything and had the audacity to try to sell me a part to fix my vehicle while I was physically shaken from just narrowly avoiding an accident. I ended up popping the plastic piece above the wheel back in by myself. I got a nasty phone call from their sales manager today saying too bad we aren't liable, which based on certain circumstances I understand. My main concern is that he was not apologetic or sympathetic to any of my concerns. If my vehicle was not drivable after this whole incident at their shop I could have seriously hurt someone else, myself, or my kids. This was explained to him and he didn't care at all. Obviously, physical safety and wellbeing of the customer and the larger community is not a priority for them. Do not waste your time taking your vehicle to their service center.
