              On 3/19/24 Grubbs INFINITI (*********************) contacted me concerning the purchase of my 2006 ********************** The appraiser was *************. I accepted their offer of $13,200.00 and was given an Appraisal Voucher with a copy of the check. A day later I was contacted by ************, and I was told they couldn't offer me anything. Now I am getting an offer from ************ for $5500. The only explanation I received was the ** would not approve the deal. I ask who the ** was, and ************ refused to answer. I see similar customer reviews on this site. How can anyone trust this dealership under these conditions. If I could leave 0 stars for a review I would

              I purchased an 2019 qx50. In December 2023. By June **** the car has gotten a new engine and a new drive shaft. They had my car for the first 4 months and never fixed any of the issues. I requested the vehicle I traded back and was declined. I moved and the local infiniti has started fixing the issues as they come up. As Grubbs will post they will call and they do not. If i had not purchased the warranty I would be on the hook for the cost of repairs

              ***** sold me a new Infiniti and an endorsed extended warranty. Head gasket failed at ****** miles, warranty failed to honor agreement leaving me high and dry yo endure the loss of the inferior products they offer. Do not buy Grubbs and Infiniti.

              Grubbs Acura should be investigated by the **** They advertise on both Acuracertified.com and their website, certified pre-owned Acuras; however, the price listed does not include 2x$2500 certification fees, one for certification process, the other to 'activate the Acura CPO warranty'....no other Acura dealer in DFW area does this, nor is it disclosed anywhere in the vehicle listings.I cannot believe Acura allows them to represent the Acura brand and that they are allowed to advertise falsely like they do.They also act like a low end car dealer with high pressure sales tactics, refuse to negotiate unless on site at their dealership.A word of advice, go to any other DFW area Acura dealer, NEVER go to Grubbs!!!

              My one year old Infiniti branded battery needed warranty replacement and I put a temporary battery in my vehicle to drive it over to Grubbs Inifiniti. The service advisor refused to have the battery replaced as they stated I needed to put the battery back in my Infiniti and then have it towed (at my expense) in order to have the battery replaced. I told them it was unreasonable to drive home just to have it towed back in and I offered to place the battery back in my car and they could tow it into their shop to no avail. I left and drove directly to ****** Inifiniti in ********** who had no problem with putting the battery back in for testing and replacement. Thank you ****** for being reasonable! Grubbs should take note on how to use common sense.

              I had our Infiniti serviced at Grubbs Infiniti twice and paid over $3,000.00 and the car is cutting off on my wife while she is driving! This is the second time the car has cut off! The engine just dies whenever! Grubbs mechanics are not doing a good job of repairing the cars!

              If I could give 0 stars I would I purchased my vehicle may 2020 By july *************************************************************************************************************************** responsible for the repair but I spoke with the manager and advise I will report this being that I had only had the car 60 days so they fix the car (they replaced the water pump,radiator,Thermostat,three band gasket maker, gasket water )now 10/21/2022 the car tried to run hot I pulled over had a co worker take me to get some coolant I took the car to this dealership Grubbs Infinity Of Grapevine with my original receipt from 2020 and ****** tells me the parts have a 1yr warranty so he would not be able to cover these parts if they have gone out again and ask me to pay $240 for a diagnostic to check whats wrong Im totally floored at this dealership now whats wrong with your parts that you dont trust them? I have never heard of a 1yr warranty on major parts as such I asked could the diagnostic fee go towards the repair clearly something is wrong he said no, this place is the worse I will never recommend or buy here ever they give infinity a bad name oh heres the kicker If I did not have the original receipt I would have been screwed because he showed me in his iPad that they only replaced the thermostat This dealership is a front looks are very deceiving

              These are the most dishonest people I have ever met in my life. Buyer beware! If you are purchasing from them, they will try to charge you a ****** market adjustment. If you say no, they will drop it down but then find a way to "make-up" the difference by charging you twice for destination and handling. Make sure you go over everything with a fine tooth comb! If not, you're going to be overcharged!! With absolutely NO CHANCE of a refund or even a response. STAY AWAY!! I have tried to reach an agreement to no avail. They know for the amount owed me ******* its not worth getting a lawyer but they havent thought about a class action!! Anyone else feel the same?

              Grubbs Infiniti charged me $419.70 to fix a gasket cover on my car. Then they also filed the repair with my warranty company (********************* Corp) and the warranty company reimbursed them. Now they refuse to give me my money back, even after submitting proof from the warranty company. So they were paid twice for the same repair which is illegal. They scammed me out of my money. I have spoken to ********************* at Grubbs and now she refuse to return my calls or refund my money.******** H
