I needed to order a particular part for my truck. I called them and they said they had it in stock and that it would be delivered by the next day or so. Based on this information, I ordered the part. After a few days, I had to call back and ask why the part had not shipped. They gave me different excuses as to where the part was saying that it actually wasnt in stock or that someone else had bought the part somehow. The guy working over the weekend however said they havent shipped this part in a while, so now I really don't know what to think. When I confronted them about their mistake and how it was costing me money everyday because of their bad information they said there was nothing they were going to do about it and they decided that they didn't wish to deal with me any longer and cancelled my order and hung up on me. So now, I have wasted a lot of money on car rental fees and still don't have the part I need even though it is sitting in their shop and they refuse to do business with me.

This delearship is full of scam artist! They allowed my ************************************************ the vehicle! Extremely negligent. Now, they are trying to commit insurance fraud! They are using fraudulent paperwork to claim there was no previous hail damage on a rental car. When in fact, the lady told me that they had the vehicle on lot for 2 weeks before a storm hit causing the damage! Avoid these scam artist at all cost!!!

I will never recommend the store to anyone. The Sales general manager was very rude. He yelled and pointed his finger at my face. I felt discriminated because of my ethnicity. I will never shop there again.

I purchased this 2011 Chevrolet Equinox in March, the car fax was apparently bogus, in 7 months I've had the water pump changed timing changed bad celluloid replaced, pistons and rings replaced ac system replaced and recharged and now I'm still without a vehicle because the battery seems to be dead. They came and towed it back to dealership but I really don't want it back,it's a LEMON!!! it needs to be replaced or return my 3,000 dollar down payment so I can find a vehicle that works. Please I've already missed several medical appointments because of lack of transportation. Mr Julius ********. Fort Worth, Texas. Do I have any recourse.

Brought in my Tacoma to get inspection on truck, oil change, trans and differential flush/change, for a trip i was towing a travel trailer. While the prices were a bit higher, I agreed to it. I was called and informed my coolant was low and needed flushing, but when asked about a leak, none was found so i refused to have it done (no signs of overheat either). I was also informed brakes were low and could do resurfacing or replace, but rotors were fine and just needed pads, so i agreed to the resurfacing to save some money. Work took two days due to additional items which was fine. I towed a travel trailer from DFW to possum kingdom and back. Upon returning, I found oil stains on my driveway with oil splattered on the underside. I got curious and looked more to find that the drain plug was F'ing loose that i could turn it with my fingers. Can you imagine the brake pads coming out, the oil leaking and motor seizing, or the transmission frying while towing a heavy travel trailer and the potential serious accident that could ensue?I set up an appointment, with plenty of apologies in between to have it looked at. I originally told the service advisor to ensure that the bolts were all torqued per specs and she repeatedly mentioned they always do this!!!!! Clearly not huh? When I asked for a credit on the service of the original payment, they looked confused at what I meant and offered a coupon. I specifically told them that I would never bring my truck back ever, free or not. Do yourself the same and save yourself from potential disaster.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE TO BE REPAIRED FOR BODY SHOP BECAUSE THEY **** AT COMMUNICATING!I dropped my vehicle off for body work on Nov 4th with no ETA on when repairs would be done, which is understandable. First I was told the only part I was waiting on was the rear bumper. When the bumper arrived, I was told I was also waiting on the trunk. When the trunk finally arrived on 12/14 I was told it wouldnt be ready until 1/07 which is ridiculous given the timeline *** mentioned - it should have taken about a week tops to get through each phase. The insurance (************ in AZ) the guy has who hit me ***** because they want you to pay for rental upfront then reimburse you. It wasnt until the insurance company told ****** the 27th would be the last day they would reimburse me for a rental that *** shortened the time of completion by almost a week. I communicated to *** that I rent a car from Sunday to Sunday because no ETA so I went ahead and rented a car since I did no hear anything from him. Well today (Monday) *** at Freeman emails me 12/27 to tell me they have a loaner ready. When I asked him why didnt he communicate this to me last week so I didnt rent a car, and all he could say was he didnt have one ready at the time. If he would have told me to wait a few days to rent one to see if he could get a loaner I would have done that but now Im out of $303 for this weeks rental. Save yourself the hassle and frustration! If you need body work done, go to ANYONE besides Freeman ****** ******** because their communication ***** and they try to keep your vehicle longer than necessary.

My experience with this dealership has been negative, I ran from one greedy salesman to an even greedier (if that's a word) financing officer. I wonder how it's legal for these people to be in business considering all the deceitful practices.
