            I purchased a used vehicle that shortly after purchase it experienced an oil leak that will require an engine replacement. This dealership has not made attempts to resolve aside from buying it back which would be a massive financial loss to me. This dealership has made false promises over and over. No attempt to resolve.

            I have been trying to get my refund from Cavender Chevrolet since 2021. I have contacted all 5 different service manager's and I even contact the person that answers the ************** cares to help me get my refund. They tell you they will call you back & never do. All my calls go to their answering service which is a waste of time because they just email the people at the Boerne location with my ************** still don't call. Don't bother calling them if you want a response from them, it won't happen. They don't even deserve any stars! I had to choose a star for my review to get posted.

            Hello, Our Service Manager stated that he spoke with the customer last week after speaking to our ************** and told her we issued a check request for her last week. Her rental was from 2021 and she will be getting a check for $114.00. Thank you. ***********
