      The dealership sold me a *************** Contract and has refused to give me a legible and signed copy of that service contract as repeatedly promised at the point of sale and thereafter. The dealership's refusal has left me with no proof of the terms and conditions of the contract and no way to enforce the terms and conditions of the contract if the covered service should ever be needed. I have requested a legible and signed copy of the contract at least 12 times by phone, voicemail, email, and message left with the receptionist. A chronology of my requests and the dealership's replies is attached. Copies of the illegible and unsigned copies of the contract are attached. Documents substantiating the chronology are attached. I am requesting a completely legible and signed copy of the *************** Contract.

      Didn't see a review for 2023, so thought I would add one. They will make it very easy to buy a car, but once it needs any service, all bets are off. There is a wait of 3-4 months for any appointment. AND once you wait three months for the appointment they will keep your car for weeks without even looking at it. This is even for routine oil changes. Don't even ask to be put on a waitlist for cancellations, they won't do it. I have never been treated in such a way by any car service center. Need a loaner, they don't have one, need a one day appt, they don't have any. I can't wait until my car is out of warranty so I can take it to my personal mechanic. All though with all of the problems my brand new car has had, I am kind of concerned for that as well. I am fortunate that we have an extra car for me to use while I wait WEEKS for a minor issue to be fixed.
