            Used (***** miles) 2020 Nissan Altima 2.5 SV. Bought the car January (*****th) 2022 with a clean Car Fax and I inspected the car. I did not buy this car at Ancira, although I thought this detail to be important.First, same week I bought it I noticed a noise coming from the right side of the car. I would later come to find out it was a wheel bearing. But this is after many dealership visits. I brought it to Ancira Nissan, they said that upon road testing they heard no noise. Even with music, anytime I made turned my wheel to the right then you heard a droning noise from the opposite side. It was more pronounced with speed and depth of turn. The dealership said theres nothing to be done. Months pass, I noticed the wheel bearing noise getting more and more pronounced. I brought it to an old coworker at another dealership who mechanics for another brand, and he said its clearly the wheel bearing. Thats the first time I had been told what this could possibly be. I brought it to Ancira Nissan again. Told them I was concerned about the wheel bearing and that I thought this was the issue, and it was more pronounced now. They did another road test and said the car is ok and that noise is normal. I asked how a loud noise happening only conditionally and to only one side of the car was normal, and he had no reply for that. They claim to have inspected everything (turns out they actually didn't). All was good they said. Then a couple months and I went to a new dealership. They said its the front right wheel bearing. After this, she took my car to the shop and after a week or so I finally had a wheel bearing replacement.The issue was finally gone! I do not seek anything from Ancira Nissan in reparations, but people need to know about how they operate their business because this problem could have caused an accident and I would be looking for a lawyer instead of just writing here. This is not my only complaint with them, it's only one of many.

            On December 28th, 2023, I brought my Infiniti to Ancira Nissan for a routine oil change. I have used Ancira for the past eight years. I was a loyal customer, giving them high recommendations in the past. But sadly, they were not loyal to me. I received a call from the service advisor that my vehicle was ready for pickup. He also informed me that my central drive belt was torn and needed to be replaced. The service tech sent him a photo to show me. There were eight other recommendations totaling around 3k. I then arrived shortly after that and met with the service advisor. He showed me a photo of the broken belt and told me that part of it had broken off my central drive belt. The service technician also wrote on the customer detailed copy that I had a torn belt. I declined all their recommendations. When I arrived home, I inspected my main drive belt, and it was intact and had no damage. I then called the service advisor and asked for a photo. After receiving the photo, I confirmed there is no damage to the central drive belt. I then met with the service manager on December 30th, 2023, to discuss my concerns. In that meeting, he told me he asked the tech if that piece of torn belt came from my main drive belt, and the tech told him that it did. He asked me to bring in my vehicle on January 2nd so he could inspect and confirm any damage or tear from the drive belt. He and 4 other techs confirmed there were no signs of physical damage. While we were in the garage, another employee named ****** arrived and inspected my belt, and he insulted me by saying that the broken belt was already there because it came from another belt. Not only did Ancira Nissan take responsibility for misrepresenting needed repairs, but they also told me that my accusation was unfounded. I have a photo and written evidence from them that I had a torn belt and needed to be replaced. Clearly, they manufactured needed repairs to defraud me. I LOST ALL TRUST with Ancira Nissan.
