My truck had been at repair shop since April shortly after the major hail storm that moved through China Spring. Initially insurance was an issue, but resolved in July and issued a check. For months, husband battled with company about the status of truck that should have only taken three to four weeks according to ***** when we dropped the truck off. On several occasions was told truck was the third one in line. Had truck from April 2023 through 10/17/2023, but with insurance, will go with July 2023 through 10/17/2023.I took possession of my truck back on 10/17/23. Disappointed of the status that my truck was given back to me in. My primary concerns cleanliness, over spray issues quality of parts and some additional scratches that were not previously there. Cleanliness: It was unacceptably dirty both inside and out. The interior was filled with dust, and there were visible smudges and stains on the handles, seats and dashboard. The trim that was replaced on the top of the truck is visibly thinner than the existing trim. The exterior was marred with grime and smears and covered in dust. Over spray: Over spray is visible on the paintwork, windows, and even some of the components Shop does not acknowledge any wrongdoing in this matter. The rear view mirror and windshields have over spray on them.The lack of acknowledgment from company compounds my dissatisfaction and raises concerns about the shop's commitment to quality service. In addition, the customer service displayed by shop baffled me as often times it seemed as though company just flat didn't care as they had all the vehicles they wanted to work on and didn't need my business.
