              Wow I just read a complaint on the BBB which is the same issues I am having! She claims to be sending back your money and never does. She has not done anything on my case claims to call when she does not says her assistant will call from a blocked number only never to get the call! She has no problems taking all my **** and only giving me back 400 for all the work she has done. In reality if you are filing bankruptcy you are the one doing the work. I would send her everything she needed and she would have me send it again! She does not keep up with anything. I finally had enough and sent her a certified letter she was smart enough to respond few days before her 7 days gave out claiming she would be reissuing my check only to still not have it! I want my full **** back ASAP now and I have made it clear that I could go to the office and pick it up she does not respond to you at all she is very unprofessional. Funny how this is not the first case that she has done this to someone. She just feels like she can take clients money because we cant afford to do anything but I am also reporting her to the state bar. I always keep everything emails proof of all my communication.
