            Date today is 4/27/2023.I had a microwave go out. My girlfriend called this company to have them repair it. They scheduled me an appointment and had my GF take the day off to be home for it. They no called no showed. We call and they have ** reschedule for today Thursday. They again no call no showed. Girlfriend even called during the arrival window but no answer. Window was ****pm. I tell girlfriend to call again at 1pm a hour after they were supposed to be here. Girl friend says they are supposed to have a appointment but no one showed up again. The guy on the phone then says " I don't want to deal with someone argumentive like you and hangs up". complete joke of company with absolut disrespectful service.

            I just kicked this guy off my property. Worst customer service ever. If I could leave negative I would. I have a refrigerator that is leaking water. I called Wednesday afternoon and was told to empty and disconnect the refrigerator and it needed to sit for 2 days to defrost. They are closed on weekends and was given a time of Monday between 9-1. Monday @ 12:09 I received a call that his guy was in an accident and could they reschedule to Tues. first thing. They finally called at 9:12 am WEDNESDAY and said they were on the way. The guy walks in and said "you don't have the fridge plug in." "It has to be plugged in for 24 hours so we can see what's wrong." We told him he never said to plug it back in. I was then told "Well COMMON SENSE.." I then told him to leave my house and property. He got in his truck. I walked out of the house and while he was filming me, told him you don't talk to a customer like that. You don't say COMMON SENSE. If I knew about appliances I would not have called you. He then tries to tell me we owe him. I don't owe him anything. He did nothing but walk in the door and insult me. NEVER call this guy for anything.
