I wish I could give no stars. The service received was completely unprofessional and absolutely sad! Let me back up a moment and say this. I have lived in my current home for 1 year, a new build. We do not wear shoes in our home. The technician arrived and wanted to debate about if he would or would not use shoe covers when he entered my home. When I kindly explained that I pay the mortgage in this house and he could remove his shoes or use shoe covers, he some how returned to his vehicle and found some to use to enter my home. And continued to state that they only use shoe covers if the client tells orders them with service. What happen to being equipped to do your job? Not to mention the technician was supposed to call before his arrival, apparently texting and receiving no response is the same as making a phone call to announce your arrival. he wanted to argue about this too. When the technician left we know no more than we did when my husband contacted them. Apparently they are going to decide the next steps to repair our washer without discussing it with the people that own the equipment,that schedule the appointment for the machine that is in need of repair.

Right now it's been several weeks of buying ice to keep my food fresh. My refrigerator went out on March 24, 2022. The first appliance company didn't even fix the problem. So, I requested another appliance company which ended up being Mr. **** Appliances. It's going on 3 weeks and my refrigerator is still not fixed. I purchased a 3 year Warranty from Lowes. I won't ever purchase another Hysense refrigerator again. I haven't had it 1 year ughhhhh and, I wouldn't recommend Mr. **** appliance either. Unhappy Customer

I have read the complaint, and I did not experience anything like that man did. **** called me the day after I left a message. We arranged an appointment. On day of appt., they called to tell me what time they would be out. They were in constant touch with me. I believe these companies, expecially if small, react to the kind of treatment we give THEM over the phone. *************************** ***********, *****
