Dear  Lantern Management,

Please accept this written complaint as notice of an issue that has been on going since May 4th, 2023. The complaint is with the large group of refugees that moved in to multiple units throughout the complex. I formally request your help in dealing with this problem. The apartments that are occupied near me are

The new residents have violated multiple lease agreements daily over the past 2 moths.  A few examples of these violations are as follows:
*gathering in large groups at all hours of the night
*littering trash ALL over the entire complex
*children unattended while wandering the complex at all hours of the night
*breaking into the closed pool
*young children at the pool with no adult supervision
*loud noise all night long
*working on multiple vehicles in the parking lot all the time
*drinking alcohol in outdoor public areas
*breaking other residents property
*breaking the apartments property
*stealing electricity from apartments by running an extention cord from dog spa to their apartment #****
*driving through the parking lots at a high rate of speed as well as being reckless
*threatening other residents and our guest with "killing them" and saying "we have guns and will take care of you"


Since they moved in on May 4th the above issues have been non stop.   I myself have now sent 3 emails of complaint,as well as going into office to speak to the manager. I have requested a reply and have not received any acknowledgement yet. I am aware of multiple other residents who have gone in to complain also.  I am not sure why these issues have not already been resolved, however, it is completely unacceptable to be expected to live under these conditions.
All attempts to resolve the problem with the new residents have been unsuccessful and this issue is directly affecting me as I feel unsafe to go outside of my apartment, can not sleep due to the noise, the constant yelling  extremely affects my ptsd as well as my children's and has increased my anxiety and stress levels immensely.

Please respond promptly with a plan of action as to how you plan to deal with the tenant issues as above mentioned. I hope we can handle this matter quickly and peacefully.
