Just moved in a couple weeks ago....transferred from another property owned by the same company due to horrible and unavoidable circumstances. Was told I would get $300 off my first months' rent since I was transferring from another property owned by the same people, but when the first month's rent was due I was suddenly told I didn't qualify because I transferred before my old lease was completed (which is literally what a transfer is, and obviously the opposite of what I was told originally....). Now I'm in a huge financial bind after just escaping the worst situation of my life. I tried to talk to them about it but they took no responsibility for it and most certainly didn't honor their word. The office girls up front are sweet, but have no decision making power so my issue is with the management company. Very, very dishonest. I definitely don't recommend this place to anyone unless you want to be royally screwed over.Review from Ern B

I simply copy and pasted this review, because its almost IDENTICAL, LMAO: "This place rips you off! Great location but horrible management company. The staff in the office were good. I never had an issue corresponding with them or getting maintenance done but the corporate management office and account resolution personal have no tact. There was no resolution from either office.""Then when I move out I'm getting charged to paint someone else's wear and tear! I lived there for 6 months and was always away for work so maybe 3 months and I never even hung anything on the walls! With that said if you do decide to move in here make sure you **** every imperfection you find inside and out because they will charge you for it and take pictures. Glad I only did a 6 month lease :) STAY AWAY
