***** the Property Manager helped me take packages from my car to my apartment. I needed the help as he could see that i was struggling with getting them upstairs because i have arthritis in my knees.

If I could put no stars I would. I have lived in these apartments for the past 3 years (working on getting out but the market ***** right now) and have had nothing but problems from the first day we moved in. The ac didnt work for the first 3 nights we moved in and then over the next 3 years has gone out so many times Ive lost count. Anytime you have something that needs to be fixed, all they do is a temporary fix and tell you theyll come back to fix it and they never do until it goes out again. You are charged a fee for trash removal from an outside company (that you cant opt out of) and they leave your trash 90% of the time cause they say its leaking or to heavy. Lol of coarse its leaking its trash! And all they do is dump it in the apartment dumpsters, which we can do ourselves. They charge you another fee for pest control which I have on video for over a year never even came to the apartments. Not once! In three years Ive seen the pest control maybe 3 or 4 times on the property and thats only if a tenant specifically calls to have them come spray their apartment. Common sense says for all the money the apartments are collecting every month the pest control should be there every single week spraying every single hallway..especially in the summer. The combination of trash sitting outside everyones doors and the heat is going to bring roaches. Like I said, common sense. But thats something none of the people in the office or the maintenance have. The pool has been closed basically this whole year and is closed to this day. It was completely closed all of 2020they said because of Covid-19 but every other apartment complex around us opened. Its just that they are lazy to fix the problems. There is no security, the gates are ALWAYS broken, the equipment in the gym doesnt work and 1 out of 6 washers in the laundry room work and 2 out of 6 dryers. And dont even get me started on the parking and towing situation!! Im sorry but for an apartment complex that calls themselves luxury, these apartments are the most horrible place Ive ever lived. EVER!! I lived in ********************** for 8 years when my kids were babies and pest control came every month to your door to see if you wanted your apartment sprayed and even if you refused they walked around spraying outsideand we didnt have to pay any extra fees. The pool was only closed on Mondays for cleaning and open every other day of the week. They werent luxury apartments but I honestly wish I had just moved back to them over where we are now. If you are thinking of moving here, DONT!!!
