      I understand no property is perfect but i have been at century stonehill south since 2020 and as the years have passed things have gotten worse. But recently has been unbelievable, on Oct 4, 2023 my upstairs neighbors apartment had a bad leak, so bad that they had their very large area rug hanging on their front door side rail to dry over the building, where it left a substantial amount of water leaking over the building to the first floor. And upon this happening maintenance was upstairs taking care of the issue all morning/afternoon yet they failed to check my apartment nor did they make me aware that there was a possibility that i could have water damage. I arrived home at 7pm after work to my apartment flooded, i only knew what had happened due to me asking other neighbors around. I called the emergency maintenance team and when he arrived he said there was nothing he could do, he even called his manager **** and was told the same thing by him. I had no power to 50% of my home. My wifi was blown out due to my ONT box being in the closet, also the breaker box was soaked along with several areas of my home such as all of my living room floor, kitchen roof, living room roof, and bedroom walls. I had no power to my bedroom, electronics such as TVs, wifi, closetetc. and as i write this on oct 8, 2023 i am still powerless. They have gutted out my walls to leave just a view of wires and power outlets with humidifiers left everywhere in my apartment. I cannot even sleep in the comfort of my own bed. This is very frustrating and inconvenient for me. I have tried to talk to the office on several occasions and they seem very unbothered and seem not to care even with me showing pictures. I have just had it with this management and this property. I can go on with a list of issues this property has, but I truly feel that the time has come for me to find somewhere else to live.

      I am a real estate agent with *******************. For a time I labored trying to find my clients a place to stay. I finally thought I found a place at Century Stone Hill South. My clients moved in August 2023 and all was well until I did not receive commission from the apartment complex. Well, I was never told that my brokerage needed E&O insurance in order to receive payment. I was just told that they use Vendorply to issue payment because they don't issue out checks. When I inquired about payment to my team regarding Century Town Hill South, I was then informed that we had to have E&O insurance. My team has asked why is this necessary in order for me to be paid but no one at Century Town Hill South nor Vendorply could provide an answer. We just kept getting thrown around in a loop. I asked ************************* of Century Town Hill South to give me the contact information of a manager that is higher than her but she refused. Instead she sent me an email address of the third party they use for payment. I asked again but she sent me an email address for complaints. What I have also come to find out is Century Town Hill South has received poor reviews because a number of Realtors have not been paid. That info can be found on smartapartmentdata.com. Now, after several phone calls and messages, I was able to speak with a higher up. Mind you, I received a snarky email from ************************* asking me why I was mad and why I needed to speak to someone higher than her. As of now, I won't receive commission because of the absence of E&O. But I wonder, would a contractor not get paid if they didn't have Vendorply and E&O. I also wonder if a court order judgement was rendered, would the complex not pay if the person suing didn't have Vendorply and E&O. I truly feel that I was mishandled. All I want is my commission for the work that I've done.

      Requested maintenance for repairs February 2021 due to pipe burst wasnt done properly as still mold till now as I just discovered on July 16, 2022 still living with mold in the apt. The uninhabitable conditions Im living under breaks my heart and its the landlord lack of actions for repairs. Horrible Management!

      Do not move to this location. Very unprofessional. they will take your money and will not communicate with you. I had a Debt on my credit, and they asked for me to pay it, I did the same day and sent over the document. They stated they needed to send over to corporate for an override. Then I get a letter saying I was denied because of my credit score. When speaking to the leasing agent she tells me I was denied because of the debt, and she goes to tell me I didn't pay the debt. She's not checking the notes. I did pay. she goes on to tell me that she can continue the application, but I will have to pay $2000 for a deposit in order to move in. This is an apartment not a town home. They must be crazy. You already took my money and won't return that back. I went to go and look at the location. It's not worth living there. They need a lot of upgrades to the outside. Maybe the money you kept can help with some of that. This review will go to the BBB. Do not rent at this location. The office staff is horrible and not well trained
