The Retreat at Barton Creek's dealings with **** have forced an inequitable relationship between me and **** which has disrupted my personal and professional life multiple times over a 5 month period so far.I have attempted to communicate with **** and with the apartment complex about this topic multiple times, and both have ignored me, preferring to strong-arm the situation.**** has been installing fiber in the neighborhood, and has posted vague notices stating they will show up between large windows of time (9-5 on a day, for example).Three times I prepared for them to enter, not knowing what part of the apartment they would work on, and each time they did not show up.I emailed the project coordinator ************************ to schedule a time for them, and was ignored.They showed up again, after a declared window of time, and this time attempted to force entry (with a key from the complex, stopped only by my deadbolt.)When I let them in the next time, just to get it over with, they drilled through the wrong wall and patched it in a slipshod manner.Now, they have broken a water main and left the whole complex without water for half a day, and that situation is not yet resolved.I sent a request to the Retreat for compensation for the hardship, given that I have had this relationship with nxutilities, but the Retreat closed the request without response.I'm requesting $200 credit to my rent for compensation for the disruption to my personal life and my work life and to cover the costs of buying supplies during this water outage.They are not required to pay me for these grievances according to the lease, but I believe it a reasonable compensation for unreasonable behavior and hardship caused by that behavior.I have attached my email to NXUtilities from december, which was ignored.
