I moved in on 11/16/2022. I already want to terminate my lease due to pest control issues and medical. On 11/21/2022 at 4:00 a.m. I spotted roaches crawling across my bedroom wall. I have pictures to prove it. Its unsanitary to dwell in any living space with roaches. I have submitted a vacate notice for 60 days to move out. I feel I was not treated fairly. I believe the $1,000 termination lease was not even on the portal after I was told. Which incurred the total to be charged to my account by accident. Now my bank account is in the negative -$2400. I am requesting rent for a deposit in the amount of $2,066, now I am forced to pursue legal action. for Novembers back rent. No rent should be charged due to the ***** infestation in the apartment. I had to cancel furniture delivery due to the issue of roaches. Due to the nature of management being aware of this issue of pests/roaches. I am not aware gives me even more reason to vacate. Also, I have severe back and knee problems and cant climb stairs. Therefore, I am not able to stay in the unit. I felt misled by the circumstances and betrayed. I felt really pressured by ******** in the beginning by her constant E-mail when notifying her to stop but continued. That indicated to me one red flag that I should not have moved into this complex. I dont want to live in a community where there is no trust and no support. I felt threatened by Ms. ***** and started cracking her knuckles. I thought she was getting ready to punch me.

There are feral cats and other animals on the property and management refuses to do anything about it. The cats are attacking me and my service dogs without warning by hiding under cars and running out to scratch us, along with running down the walkways to attack us when I am trying to get inside my apartment. This is costing us money in medical bills and management refuses to do anything about this after being attacked two times and says "it's not their problem".They also said they have to see the feral cats attack someone to do anything about it even though I have pictures of my dogs right after it happened.I called animal control to ask them if they could do anything but since this is an apartment complex they need the front office to call. They refused to call animal control so I asked animal control to call the front office which they did, but were then told They were not allowed to come on the property to take care of the feral cat and animal problem.The apartments front office has hung up the phone on me multiple times while talking to them about this because they don't want to deal with this.There are residents here that are violating their lease by leaving cat food and water out for animals which the front office has acknowledged is a lease violation, but they refuse to do anything about it and continue to let the same residents leave food and water out.I have been trying to get in contact with corporate for a few days now but there is no response. I have left multiple voice-mails and sent a few emails but they do not reply to emails, phone calls, or messages on facebook.
