An email was sent, in respect, to ******** on June 5th after I got the news that I would be leaving state. ******** responded in abrupt without any question as to why we were leaving by with a calculation. When calling and speaking to the *********************************, she threatened to evict us after we had legally moved out on June 19th, even if we ended our stay on the 19th. She stated that we would be evicted even if we gave her notice. ******************** disconnected the call when I tried to escalate to management. She stated that she could not give out management number. She also failed to return any emails regarding gaining the contact number for escalations. Ive tried contacting Skyline properties but no one has reached out as of yet. Ive called ********** to no avail. Their address for Skyline is *************************************************. In fear of further retaliation, I no longer want to communicate with anyone at Connemara Estates. I now only want to be contacted by someone directly linked to Skyline Properties. We dropped off the keys on the 19th in the mailbox and the **************** was there at our Apt ****, with our moving crew, as we moved out on the 18th. I have proof that we moved out and have yet to get a prorate from 20th-30th for rent. I also have a balance of over **** that is still on records. The apt complex originally lost my lease and tried to get me to sign a new one around March with different terms. Along with other tenants we rarely got service calls completed. There was a lot of unprofessional actions. With that being said, I am sending a complaint due to the illegal threat of ********************************* trying to put a never before eviction on my record after sending a move out letter to her on June 5th with a moving out date for June 19th. I need a resolution to why threats like this is made on tenants and why was she so abrupt in her first response to us moving out, which had mainly to do with job transfer. She failed to even ask us why we were moving out.
