I did my ****************** cabinets thru ********* was a beautiful transformation. I placed my deposit & had *************** within a week. ********** team did a wonderful job & were very thorough & professional. *** even stopped by on last day to be sure everything was solid. **************** was excellent. I am so happy & pleased with my outcome! I would definitely recommend to all my *****************

During the process of getting our cabinets painted, they broke my oven door. They told me they would replace it and I waited 9 months for them to make right what they broke. They never did. I took them to small claims court and the Judge granted our Judgement for the oven replacement and for court fees. They owe us over $2,000 and will not make right on what they have broken. **************** is horrible! Buyer beware before using them for any renovation project.

The set up and break down was professionally done. *****************. I walk down my stairs and see my kitchen and it puts a smile on my face. I have been following *** for a good number of years and decided to get a quote. The process was easy. After the initial quote with pictures, I paid my 30% deposit. But the meeting with *** is what made the difference. She helped me select my cabinet color to ensure it flowed with the rest of my house. She has great attention to detail. I am a happy customer.

The quoting process was very quick and easy. I took a few pictures of my kitchen and sent them through messenger. They provided an estimate for the work and I paid a 30% deposit to schedule a consultation with ***, which was super helpful since i do not have a decorative eye- I needed help! During the consultation, *** went into detail about the entire process, the type of paint used, provided samples of my options and helped me make my vision come to life. I couldn't be happier with my kitchen transformation **** team took my kitchen from really dark to light. Their work is amazing and would definitely recommend *** and her team to my family and friends. They were friendly, courteous, professional and left the place spotless! #veryhappycustomer

I waited 7 years to hire ***. I saved up the money finally (May 2023). The experience from the get-go was not as good * exciting as I hoped for. Even though I got a 30% promo, I came out paying double! ($7,000) But given her promises, I knew this was an investment. The issue is I never got the walk thru like I should have. I work from home * told the head guy I would be in meetings * to let me know if he needed anything. He said okay, after they were done, they left, didn't text me, knock on my door, and we never did the walk thru. They screwed up 2 of the drawers that needed hardware. Made extra holes * did a ****** patch job. Texted the head guy a couple of hours after they left, sent him pictures, said he would fix it. Heard from him 2 times that he would come on a Saturday * never heard back. A week later I texted *** the pictures of the drawers, she said that the head guy said he was in touch w/ me to fix them. Told her I haven't heard from him. She said they were short-handed. All she cared about was calling me about an accent wall I wanted pricing on. She never followed up w/ me to see if I was taken care of. Things I noticed: THEY DON'T DO SEVERAL COATS or properly wax to seal it like promised. Otherwise, the paint would not already be chipping, they caulked a wall * the huge chunk came off the 1st week. I noticed on 4 drawers the corners were not painted which you can see when you open them. 1 cabinet was put on crooked (the head guy saw the pic I sent). The dots they add to softly close the doors were all sticking out (looks tacky * half *** done). 2 months into it, one of the bottom cabinets came off the hinge. They drilled it incorrectly. My Husband had to fix all this. I've had to retouch several cabinets already. I don't feel I need to keep calling to make this right. I paid a lot of money for half *** work * bad service. I shouldn't feel like I got *******. The bottom line is don't use Liz * don't use chalk paint for your kitchen cabinets.

I had my kitchen done in May 2022. While I was trying to pay the owner the painters left. She had to call them back because I didnt get my walk thru like promised. She called them on the phone and right in front of me she said can yall come back, she isnt happy. They came back and I pointed out multiple issues. A main one being 3 roller brush lines on a very flat cabinet. The owner argued with me that maybe there used to be a shelf there and that is what those lines are and even tried to tell me they were indentions in the wood After I sent a few fb messages with pictures and videos of all the areas I wasnt happy with, they sent out the painter to correct what he could. Turns out they WERE roller brush marks that he sanded down and painted. About 6 months later the paint was already chipping in multiple areas and there was even a bubble of paint that popped so I sent another fb message with pictures. They sent the painter out again to fix those areas. I couldnt understand why if there are supposedly 6 coats of paint that it would chip this easily. **** months after I had the kitchen painted I reached out again because I have even more chipping of the paint. I knew I was in the year warranty window and wanted someone to come touch up those areas. I was told someone would contact me from their touch up department on Monday (that was 2 months ago). I sent about 3 different messages since then asking if someone could please come fix it and they stopped reading my messages. So yesterday I sent this review I had typed up and they read that immediately. But still no response to make right and come do the touch *** they promised.

Would NOT recommend. Cabinets not sanded, paint peeling, wax melts, didnt complete the job. I took her to small claims court and won. Has not paid me the money I am owed. Not worth the investment.

Hired this company to paint my kitchen, laundry, and half bath. Very dissatisfied with workmanship. Lets kitchen ceiling over sprayed in three areas, overspray on floors and on my slate floor between kitchen counter and refrigerator. Did not paint refrigerator appliance box or beverage refrigerator box. Cabinets peeling in less than 30 days. Cabinet door hinges missing screws, dont open and close properly. New hardware crooked on several drawers and doors. Clearly cabinets not cleaned and prepped before paint applied as evidenced by peeling in several areas. Cabinets NOT WAXED and sealed on all surfaces. I hired a lawyer and managed to get my money back. DONT HIRE this company. Chalk paint is NOT the way to go for kitchen cabinet refinishing. Hire a professional who knows paint. You have to be able to properly clean your cabinet surfacesyou cannot with chalk paint. Safe yourself the grief! I have photos to back my claim. The icing on the cake was a dented dryer top from her employees using it to stand on to reach upper cabinets.
