Polansky installed our system when we built our home and the system had 3 zones on one system. We recently had a problem where the temperature was not consistent with the zone where one zone was too warm and another was very cold. We called them to come and fix the problem and they sent a tech who took everything apart and told us they fixed it and charged us over $350.00 but it wasnt fixed. We hired another company and they fixed the two broken dampers and took pictures of the units that were not sealed after Polanskys tech took them apart and told us they were fixed.

*******, This is the first I am hearing that you still had an issue after we looked at your unit. I wish you would have called us and let us know you were still having an issue and we would have gladly did what we would have needed to make it right. I am very sorry that this happened. I will speak with the technician that came out to make sure nothing like this happens again. Please call me at your earliest convenience. Polanski heating and air did a great job working on my heater. All of the pricing was explained upfront. The gentleman who worked on my unit arrived on time, communicated everything he was doing to me, and was really nice. Id call them again in a heartbeat.Review from Elizabeth C

My second time using this company - technicians are very friendly and polite. Service was prompt when I explained my AC was not working and it was fixed in no time. Would recommend Polansky Heating and Air to anybody.
