      can not get them to return phone calls.There is no same day service and when a tech did come he did not have enough coolaint to fully charge the unit. In March a tech put 2.5 lbs of coolaint in unit and dye to find the leak. It was never followed up by anyone. three days ago the unit went down due to a leak in the evaporator core as was evident by the dye from March. Cost us 80 dollars as a VIP member to hear this. No one from the business has called us back. We don't know if they are ordering the part or not. The small charge will not las long and I worry as I am 80 years and my husband is disabled. It seems it was all about the ******* sale 2 years ago and not the service that I am billed for every month.

      Came out and fixed issue with my A/C. Tech was very knowledgeable and explained the issues. Would definitely recommend.

      Asked for help with little water leak in bathroom. By time they were finished (after 450 charge) I had an issue with shower and bath faucet running at same time. They wanted to charge 400 more for an issue THEY created. Do not put yourself through what I had to go through dealing with them!

      I have reached out to this company 2 times the latest today. The first time after your tech "looked at the a/c" which he spent more time on a personal call then looking said nothing was wrong and charged us a service call. Later that night a/c went out had to get a different company to come out and repair it . When I called to complain the next day they apologized, begged me not to leave a bad ****** review and gave me my money back. Decided to give them a chance with a plumbing issue and was told $85 for leak detection, and he would be here early. I called at 11:30 looking for tech and was told he was running late he showed up at almost 1, took some pictures went to his car came back and tried to sell me new plumbing without even looking for the issue. When I asked about finding the leak he said it will $900+ to look for it but not guaranteed or $14k for new plumbing. Mind you when I called I let them know the leak was under the flooring so they knew this coming in but they didn't even look for anything. I told him all I wanted was the leak found so I could get with my insurance company and he said he didn't know that, so I asked him to leave, and I let him know I would not pay the $85 because the company never wants to fix anything they just want to sell new stuff. It seems like a scam they have no intention to fix anything, they want to sell you something, so they make more money. I then received a text to leave them a positive review. All they care about is their image!

      We had a new unit put in and was charged for work that was not done. We were also charged for haul away of the old system and wasnt told that would be a extra charge. We have contacted them several times asking for a itemized bill with no response and no itemized bill from them. Then they had a box of ***************** that we never requested and by our surprise we were also charged for those. We can not get a response from this company for nothing! Over $9000 they charged us and we cant even het a itemized bill showing what everything cost. I think they are overcharging people because if they werent why cant they supply us with a itemized bill? Its been 2 months now!

      McWilliams & Son don't want to repair AC units. They want to sell AC units. They originally convinced me to buy a year contract for $150 to come out twice a year and inspect the unit and they were supposed to come that evening. I agreed and paid, but they didn't come until the next day. Then they over charged for the service. Then they wanted to sell me a new unit. I got an out of town company to replace the unit for half the price before McWillaims & Sons tacked on their interest. Well, I still have the contract to have the unit looked at twice a year, so I thought I'd let them fulfill their contract. It is a brand new unit, what would they find. The first visit nothing. This second visit they found dirty coils and 'cleaned' them without my consent. I hope they didn't void my warranty. I was hoping to be done with them. Now they're charging me for work that didn't need to be done. If I could give zero stars, I would. Please don't use this company.
