            My late husband had A-Plus under contract for years. After his death, I moved to Round Rock into a house with an AC that was over 20 years old. It stopped cooling, so I called A-Plus out and they pumped recommended a whole new unit, which they installed. It quit cooling shortly after installation, so they came out twice and on the second call they found a leak and some damage to the new unit. They explained that it was either damaged in shipping or during installation. I had to pay over $700 to repair it, even though the damage was not caused by me. After that, I had a service request yet again, and the I talked to the tech who came out about the exorbitant fee I was charged on the brand new unit. I showed him the receipt and he was shocked and upset about how it was handled. As a result, I will never use this company again.

            We installed a new Lennox system at this residence June 2019. Like all of our installs we give a 1 year labor and 5 year part warranty. Unfortunately, the indoor Lennox coil failed after 14 months. This failure was a Lennox equipment failure and not was not due to our installation. This repair was outside of the labor warranty and is normally a $900 repair, but when our long time customer expressed concern we did lower the repair cost to $670 (matching our maintenance agreement discounted price). Lennox did pay $275 towards the repair cost further discounting the cost of the repair for the customer to $395. Since the defective coil was replaced July 2020 we have not heard from *** until we received this complaint. Since receiving this complaint, we have reached out to multiple times and left several voice messages, including offering a free maintenance agreement. However, we have not heard back from her. We would love the opportunity to speak with her and see how we can help better service her.
