I had a heat pump, they said they would go back with that, it would be cheaper. $10,000 was the price quoted. $11,400 later they said they had to install ducts that were $200 each. My unit was old so the ducting was larger, so of course, the ducting needed changed, not that mine were bad, just to big. I get charged for new ones. The workers spoke no English and had to use a translator, which caused miscommunication. They took out insulation and just dumped it in my trailer. They couldn't haul the old unit off but could take the copper off of it. The thermostat was to small for me to read so they said they would install another one. After two weeks of trying to contact them, they said they thought it was a scam so cancelled the order but then reordered it. I was sent one but it wasn't compatible with my unit. I tried to call them repeatedly to at least find out how to order one, no response. Finally found another number and talked to another person. They said they would send out a tech to install one. Here's waiting. The cost was outrageous to start with and there was supposed to be a $500 discount and a new tv. Yeah right. Where are they.
