******* Artistic sent his crew to my home to build a new large concrete patio in Sept. 2023. I did not know ******* was not going to be present, nor did he come to inspect the job when his crew finished, he just asked that I send him the measurements of the new patio. There was not enough cement or boards and areas were not level. I called ******* to complain about the patio and demanded he come see the mess. ******* came to see patio and stated it was a easy fix. Its now November 2023 and finally!!! ******* and a new crew come to try to fix the Very Poor Quality of work that was previously done. After it rained there is several very large water puddles because the water does not drain off the patio. The concrete also Cracked! in 2 different areas. He did Not! do any texture like he stated. ******* also offered to add a stain because of the Long delay of service. I said yes but would prefer the stain on my breezeway patio, not the new patio. ******* said yes and that he would power wash the breezeway to clean first. He showed me pictures of the stain and I selected the color. The breezeway was NOT! power washed and the stain was missed in several spots and looked nothing like pictures. He did NOT! put a stamp like he said he would. There was ******* working in Breezeway like he said, one young man arrived. Again Very Poor Quality of work in the breezeway. ******* can talk a good talk but did not!!! do the work properly. I was not able to down load all my photos, file was too big. Photos show the 2 areas of Cracks in the cement patio and several standing Water Puddles, i can mail.
