Refund & Exchange Policy: 
90 day warranty on all parts purchased correctly and in good faith.  If the part fails, or the wrong part is received due to error on the businesses part, they will make every effort to replace it and if that can't be achieved, they will refund the part, including shipping, if applicable.  If part is ordered in error, or is not needed after sale, there will be a 20% restocking fee if returned, less shipping.  If the part is compromised in any way from it's original condition, there will be no replacement or refund for the part.  All shipping prices are pursuant to the shipping/freight companies used and are charged accordingly.  There are conditions that must be met with some parts such as a/c compressors, motors, transmissions, etc.
