    We boarded our dog with this company twice and I am not sure if wed be going back. . I was told with purchasing the suite room he would be bathed before coming home. He was not bathed. He actually smelt like pee. We payed for the more expensive room because we were told that if we did he would be bathed. Why was he not bathed? We let them know day and time wed be getting him as well. We would not have paid for the higher end room in the first place.The first time we left him I let them know he was open feed. When I got back I was told when dropping him off the second time he only got a cup of food a day I have a 82 pound husky malamute mix. Now being him a few days my dog will not eat and is not himself. Im not sure what happened or what they did or did not do. But I know it was not what was asked of them.Our previous time staying his food bowl was not giving back to us. And still never got it back. I called twice about it and asked again in person. And no one has been able to find it?And when getting him back they broke his food container and no it no longer closes. Didnt say anything to us about it as if we wouldnt notice. I understand things happen but I expect a business to be honest. They did not do a good job upholding what we were promised would be done. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated as I hoped this would be a great place for our pup.I also sent him with a bag of dental chews from ****** (kinda pricey) and those were not returned. I had to call and ask for those and they have not found them. It is very disorganized!!! Called them today and said theyd give the dog a bath. But its been 3 days and do I really even want them touching my dog? Also when talking to them they knew right away who I was. Thats pretty crappy if you ask me, to know exactly why Im calling before even mentioning who I am. They claim they found our bowl so I guess we will see Overall super disappointed with this company.. would not recommend to anyone.

    Ms. ******, Apologize that we did not meet your expectations on your recent boarding stay. It is my understanding you had a conversation yesterday with our management and that the conversation ended positive. I believe a free bath and brush was offered, replaced the bowl and as far as the food container lid we're sorry. We hope you would give us another chance to win back your trust.
