      I went to the Springfield lot today. The employees are very rude and act as if it is an inconvenience that you came in. When I arrived and went in, my greeting was a rude "what do you want?". After filling out the paperwork, which is more than just 2 recent pay stubs, etc, I was told by the finance employee I would need to put triple the amount advertised down( which I had qualifying income level) and was told the vehicles in even the middle color groups would not get me to and from work (I drive 80 miles daily to and from work), which the distance was there excuse for the $3000 down request. I will not be back there because apparently their vehicles are unreliable, false advertising, and rudeness.

      We are sorry you were less than pleased with the serviced you received when you came to our dealership.  We advertise "$1,000 down with approved income" which infers that not everyone will be approved for the $1,000 down payment.  It is unfortunately not as simple as bringing in $1,000 and two paystubs to drive off with any car off the lot.

      Not the way you treat your customers. You want my respect then you need to respect the same way. I will never go back, found a better car for cash and its a car i have owned in the past. I know how these places run, I could have afforded about 90 a week, but now saving with a car down for 3500.00 get it next week, needs some work but by guys that i trust. These people were rude, unpleasant and well truly disrespectful.

      Helene, I am sorry you were less than pleased with the outcome of your visit to our dealership. With an inability to verify your income I was unable to get you qualified for an auto loan. In the future if you are able to provide a better proof of income that is up to our standards we could do business together.

      False a advertise, horrible customer service..I went in and was going too buy a car , they acted like I couldn't afford it. & Then I got them on a recorded line lying about a down payment for a vehicle AGAIN. Frank P******* is very rude and unprofessional.

      Our advertisements clearly read or say: "$1,000 DOWN PAYMENT WITH APPROVED INCOME". This is so if someone has $1,000 they do not mistakenly assume they are approved for any car on our lot - which this customer has failed to understand even after it was explained to her multiple times. With the amount of income the customer provided she qualified for our lowest category of vehicle. She didn't like what we had to offer so she left. Once she left her and her brother started calling our office being rude and belligerent to my employees. I have a video of her brother cursing at one my employees in the finance office. We are no longer interested in doing any business with this person whatsoever.

      After spending 7 hours getting all of our paperwork together, Calling insurance companies to get a insurance quote, We arrived at Credit Pro Autos. Filled out all the basic paperwork while we were there, got to test drive the car. When we arrived back, we immediately went inside and let the salesman (Frank ********) know the many problems we found with this car. It was a 06 Toyota Corolla, the head gasket was leaking, we could smell antifreeze when we stopped, there was also stuff hanging off the bottom of the front number he tried to convince us was not there when we could see it from the window. He told us that he would be calling us, and we hadn’t gave him a phone number so we asked what number he’d be calling and he just sat there silently, Then he told us he does not want to do business with us anymore and told us to leave. After we left I called back up there to see what exactly went wrong, and he told me that he didn’t want to be confused, and said that he would not be selling us the car bcuz he did not like our attitude.

      Regarding your 7 hours of getting your paperwork together; the only paperwork that is required for approval from Credit Pro Autos is your two most recent paycheck stubs and a valid drivers license with your current address listed. The amount of time you spent on insurance quotes should have no reflection on Credit Pro Autos. Let me be clear, the 2006 Toyota Corolla is a used car and is not free from defect. However, Credit Pro Autos would not let a customer test drive a vehicle that needed a head gasket repaired, which the Corolla does not need. When you filled out the credit application before your test drive, you wrote down your phone number on the application. Mr. ******** is a commissioned sales person who did not feel comfortable with your finances enough to put you in a more expensive vehicle. We regret that you were not happy with your experience at Credit Pro Autos and wish you the best in finding a vehicle that fits your needs.
