Right before 6.25.21 Mr ********* said he will have the guy dig 1-2 inches deep and leveled and I agreed. The worker did the opposite and leveled UP 2 inches it did not look right the job I asked Mr ********* several times to have it fixed he refused. (I have the video on ring if needed because I tried to tell the worker what ********* said) During that time there was other work being done the last one was fence (it was finally done right before thanksgiving and they forgot one area after thanksgiving) which took them 4 months because it was not done right many times. When I got the final bill in November the bill was confusing and learned that he double charged me on weeding job (he charged one to pull $200 and another to spray $200). Last summer I asked him what he can do to permanently get rid of a 10 feet weed he said he will take care of it for $200. On 8.2.21 they took the weed out and did not spray anything. I called Mr ********* and asked why they did not spray it he told me on the phone I have to wait 2 weeks before the spray? I thought strange but okay. He said the job was only going to cost me $200. He said he saw me in person for weeding 2nd time that is not true I explained him about he phone conversation and reminded him the conversation we had yet he would not make it right. Many things went wrong with the jobs I hired him for he was a very deceptive man. Also there was no contract on these 2 jobs except for the fence and sump pump. My goal is him to fix the (it cost me $300) pool 1-2 inches deep like he said he would if not could he refund me the bill? I want that extra $200 weeding off my bill.
