Fired him on 4/14/22. Spent $11,000.00 received a refund of $1000.00. On top of the $11k I paid and provided for all materials, fixtures, paint etc.. except shower pan and grout. Downstairs bathroom shower remodel using existing tile - had to replace some tiles and used a completely different color of grout. Did not grout a tile, got grout on floor tile, wood walls. Mudroom - mortar and grout all over the tile faces - did not finish painting the mudroom. Front entryway mortar and grout all over it that does not come off. Someone mortared the stone to my carpet on my stairs and got mortar on my carpet on the stairs themselves and workout room. Someone stained the new stone in and it will not come out. Upstairs bathroom the threshold will have to be removed and redone - someone cut it to go around the wall/trim and did not know what they were doing there is 1/4" gap on each end and the door will not close. Completely missing trim at the ceiling, around the new vanity, missing caulk, broke new fixture. There is not one area where the work was done correctly and in the middle of the shower remodel informs me that he is not a licensed plumber.
