      How do you have rental coverage for only $40/day in a place like ******? The rental only covers a sedan, nothing with all wheel drive, or 4 wheel drive which is necessary in a place like ******. The rental you provided me hasn't even left my driveway - it's gotten stuck 3 times just trying to back out. I wouldn't dare try this on a road for fear of my life! The point of rental coverage, is to put me in a vehicle comparable to my daily vehicle in the event of an accident. I drive a heavy duty truck, with 4 wheel drive, so you put me in a 2 wheel drive sedan? Clearly, you're thinking of what the Continental US needs, and not what the state you insure customers in, needs. This needs to be re-evaluated, and adjusted for places like ******.

      I’m a past client of Country Financial Insurance for over 20 years. I filed my first claim after over 20 years. Country Financial Insurance will go to no end to avoid paying a claim. They even went as far as lying to State of ******* Office of Commissioner of Insurance Fire and told several lies with ease. They don’t care!!!

      The claims adjuster was in favor of the shop without asking for proof of the scan done prior to my attempt to get my vehicle, the paperwork provided to me by the shop shows the error code there both times and the adjuster allowed this lie and argued nothing against the lie because she didn't have a copy of the report herself and went solely off the shop words, what happened to the insurance company working for their consumer.

      I have been waiting for 3 weeks to get my truck paid after I was hit and it hasn't been resolved. They took away the rental so I have no car. I have to go to my doctors appointments and I explained that to them and they did not care. The Rep Allan A***** who is in charge of my case is so rude and doesn't listen or let me talk. He said to me I'm not his client and I'm just one of many claims he has. I had never had to deal with a insurance company that I have so much problems resolving within a timely manner. My accident was 37 days ago and still nothing.

      This is the absolute worst insurance company I have ever delt with! Their insured backed into my vehicle in a parking lot. The adjuster assigned to our claim has been horrible returning phone calls and emails with me and also my body shop. She made the determination of lability without even seeing the pictures of my vehicle. My body shop spoke with a different adjuster to see how they came up with that determination since the original adjuster wouldn't get back to anyone and she told my body shop that they didn't even know what my vehicle was and that they didn't have pictures of my vehicle. This company acts in bad faith and makes their decisions when they don't even have all the information or pictures. I would never recommend this insurance company to anyone! I hope to never have to deal with Country Financial ever again!

      I filed a claim on 10/13/2023 and everything was going smooth until the following week. I was waiting on the body shop to contact me to set a the initial appointment. When I haven’t heard from the body shop I called my claims representative Angela L. H*****, Senior Claims Representative Central Claims Office. I explained to her I have no heard anything as of today 10/17/2023. She went on to very rudely tell me she told me I had to reach out to the body shop to set the initial appointment and that the body shop tried to contact me. When I explained to her that all of our email correspondence never said anything about me reaching out she and that I’m just trying to get this going and work with her she told me I could just file with my insurance company. Once that was said to me that is where I drew the line and told her she needs to learn what customer supervise is and not to be rude when a customer who doesn’t even insure with them is trying to just do the right thing. If you have to used this company be watch out for her. I did speak to another employee who was polite and helpful and also left a voice mail with her supervisor. I wouldn’t recommend this company based off their customer service.

      I filed a homeowners claim on 8/17 and was denied roof replacement. My roofer said there is hail damage and I have video from said hailstorm. I told our rep I want to appeal it. As of 9/26, no resolution. I requested another adjuster to come out and they aren’t sending anyone. My rep said he spoke with adjuster and our roofer and they agreed no damage. I immediately spoke with our roofer and he said he absolutely did not say that and he is looking forward to hearing from them. We have been customers for over 20 years and this is a horrible experience.

      This company charged me while I didn’t have a auto They cancelled me by sending my cancellation notice to a 2 yr old address on purpose Worse company ever !
