I called this company in early December to fix a gas fireplace in my home that would not light. They told me it would be $125.00 to come out plus the price of any part. They show up on time, spend one minute on the fireplace said a wire in the back was loose, charge me the $125.00 and leave. The fireplace completely breaks down two days later. I called them back and the old guy who answers the phone said the tech will call you on Monday. Monday came and went with no call. I call the next day and when I told them who I was he says "that was me, I will be there in 15 min." He comes back and says "did you break it on purpose?" couldn't get it to light and says "it needs an new gas valve, I was hoping we could avoid that." Says they will have to order the part and call when it's in. He told me I already paid the labor ($125) and it would just be the part. I wait almost a month and hear nothing. I call back and the guy who answers took my phone number and said he needed to find out what was going on and he would call me back. He called me back within an hour and said "we need to order the part that it needs." I said how long does it usually take as it has been nearly a month." He rudely and unapologeticly said "I HAVE NO IDEA! We will call you." I wait another month and no call. I call back and explained the situation and the same guy had to take down all my information again because he apparently forgot who I was. I demanded my money back. He said I need to find out what's going on. He calls back the next week and said are you free for me to come out and look at your fireplace? I said no did the part come in? He said no I need to find out what it needs. I demanded my money back again and he refused and told me to "do what you please.''
