On July 21st 2023 I went to Aspen dental and had digital impressions for a partial, they made an appointment and told me that the partial would be in in a week but I could only make it to an appointment for two weeks later on August 7th 2023. Two hours before said appointment for the partial fitting they called and left a voicemail starting that they had lost my partial and they would need to cancel the appointment. I returned the call and was told they had not lost it, there was just an issue at the lab and that the partial would be in soon. So I called back a week later and asked for an update, I was told they still didn't have the partial but they would expedite the process. Finally on August 29th 2033 they had called me stating that they had received my partial and I could come in tomorrow to get it fitted. I am at the office for almost an hour for the partial to not be made out of the requested material, and for it to not fit. So once again I get impressions and ask them to just call me once it is here because I have put aside enough time for this to be wasted. So aspen calls me on September 7th 2023 and state that my new partial is in and they can book me an appointment tomorrow, so I set up an appointment, let my work know, make arrangements yet again for this company to yet again be called a couple hours before the appointment the office cancels my appointment. All of this is happening while to company actively advertises that you can get your dentures in day because they have an onsite laboratory. If I miss so many appointments then they will drop me as a patient, but it seems as though the business is not hold themselves to the same regard.
