Very disappointed at the way you company does business I had a treatment plan and we had some scheduling and billing problems I was waiting to make an appointment next thing I get is a call from a collection agency I came in to find why they said I never paid my bill they had admitted I never was contacted or emailed giving a chance to fix the problem I tried to pay it and continue my treatment plan and they refused to work with me now I have a hole in my mouth and nothing I'm beyond disappointed in Aspen dental

Aspen canceled my appointment for Thursday August, 26 2021. When i called to reschedule later that the office manager told me there was nobody who could make an appointment? I have given them over six thousand dollars plus lost several hundred dollars from leaving work to make that appointment. My dentures are not even close to suitable. I haven't had a decent meal in months. They decide to give me an appointment on 1/5/2022. This is unacceptable.Aspen Dental Response

Spoke to the patient and did remind patient his appointment is on 9/9/2021 for the denture adjustment. Also reminded patient he is on the waiting list if an earlier appointment does open up, we will call him.Review from SANDRA S

Make appointments, but never get seen in a reasonable time of the appointment. Have to wait any where from half and hour to an hour every time. It is as though the customer's time is un important to them. No one comes out and says they are running behind, not offering to reschedule do to that. Very inconsiderate of the clients time. They are more than willing to collect the money in advance though.
