            I brought a 2015 Escalade from Riverside Chevrolet in Chillicothe Illinois and Chase the salesman told me that the transmission was good??come to find out the transmission is going out. It jumps from 1st gear to 2nd gear really hard. I told him about it and he said keep driving it and it should stop !! Never did stop jerking into 2nd gear !! It got worse and they wanted me to pay for it !!

            Hello Jeffery, When the transmission issues started on your 2015 Escalade back in January of 2021, your vehicle was under warranty and the first step was to perform a transmission relearn. We told you that you would need to drive the vehicle for 30 days to see if that would fix the issues, per the warranty's request. A couple of weeks later you canceled your warranty, and shortly after that the transmission failed. Although you canceled your warranty, we still wanted to make things right and offered to split the cost 50/50. We ordered the new transmission for you. When we called you didn’t answer and never came in to get it replaced. When we spoke with you recently you told us you are still driving this vehicle. We tried our best to fix the issue over two years ago and you did not accept our help. Best Regards, The Riverside Team
