I got into an incident In January. They have continuously called me and people I’m related to just to get money from me even tho no one was at fault from the incident. I’m getting harassed at this point. Threatening to suspend my license and trying to make me pay a ridiculous amount out of pocket.Review from Dawna B

They have contacted me about an accident I was never in on a day I was’nt even in town. I’be contacted my insurance company they said it sounded like a scam. Contacted the state attorney will be investigating this company.Review from Renate D

Total scam...I have blocked my number as I have been harrassed about an imaginary accident using my husband's name. He has not been driving for years. To top it off we have never been in the area the accident happened. We had a celebration that day in an entire different area. We suppose to pay over $4,000...reported it to the poli e department..the firm should be suit for harrasment. Why are they still in business!!!!Review from Hector B

They are sending me a claim for an accident I was not in. Have never even traveled to San Antonio where the accident supposedly happened. Getting really tired of the letters from this company.Review from Paul C

They are trying to collect on debt that does not exist. I already dealt with the car insurance and resolved everything. A year later, they are trying to scam me into paying them for debt I do not owe. I plan to take legal action for this harassment.Review from Dej G

Calling me and writing me about a accident I never had in a city I never been too. They didn't even have my name just my middle and last and they didn't have my current address till my dumb *** gave it to them thinking it was real. I called ******** ****** to verify since if it was a claim about me I can get answers come to find out this wilber company is a scam and get mad when you call them and tell them to stop contacting you. If I can give less than 1 star review to this scamming company I would. They sent me a letter stating I was in an accident on November 29 2023 in a vehicle I don’t own. I use to own the vehicle but not of the year of the vehicle they stated. This was owned over 4 years ago and was sold to a junk business. They threatened to have my license suspended if I don’t pay the 13000 dollars they are asking for. My insurance company would have contacted me if this was to be real. This is all a scam to get my information and to steal my money. I will contact my lawyer and have this handled and also if I am continued to be harassed I will file for damages and false accusations. Please close this case and all will be done. DO NOT CONTACT ME ANYMORE.Review from William D

These people are ridiculous and rude! Threatening to "suspend my license and or vehicle license plate registration" via countless phone calls and now thru the mail, over what they claim was an accident (over a year ago) in which they can not provide any proof of. No police report, etc. Yet they want me to pay them $7900.00! Are you insane? Can we say scam? I have contacted an attorney, if the harassment does not stop, I will start in on them. Based off of the other reviews on here, I am clearly not the only one.Review from Andrew R

This company has caused my husband to fall into depression and anxiety as they are trying scam us to make us pay $22,000 for a an accident we didn’t cause. This is cruel and I don’t understand how this is a business but I want them to leave us alone.
