Put it simple. It is all great until it breaks. Washer is still out of commission (3 weeks now) after 3 different parts and 3 different service calls and now we have to wait another week just for a technician to look at it again. Has more issues now then it did to start with. Buy from a place with a better service dept.!Review from William H

Everything was great. Bought a Speed Queen washer. Our delivery/installer was Brian who was friendly and efficient. He also bragged about the Dick Van Dyke Company which shows not only he is a good employee but proud of his company.Review from Beth M

Purchased new refrigerator. Needed immediately due to old home closing. I took the floor model. They moved our original refrigerator to old house and put brand new refrigerator at our new home. 5 blocks apart. $69 for each delivery plus installation. I asked for discount. Every appliance we have purchased last 20 years came from them. They said would not charge sales tax. Passed over to lease Company and still paid sales tax. Smoke and mirrors. Just passed over and despective practice. So much for loyal customer. WOW!Review from Nancy M

We purchased a refrigerator from the Springfield store in January of 23. Was delivered in March of 23. Started having issues almost immediately. After at least eight service calls, the problem was not resolved. They agreed to replace it. Now they telling us that the manufacturer is saying March of 24. They lie and are rude. They won’t refund our money. Shop elsewhere!Review from Matt V

I would really advise everyone not to do business with Dick Van Dyke Appliance World. I bought a 4 piece matching kitchen set 4 years ago. The refrigerator had to be replaced almost immediately. The dish washer failed this past November. DVD came out to work on it 4 times before the technician said he couldn't fix and that we would get a new one because it was under the 5/10 warranty they're so proud of. After 2 months of going back and forth, I was told today that we would not get a new dishwasher despite the warranty and that a whopping $26 credit could be applied towards the purchase of a new one. Looks like I have to buy a new dishwasher now, but it won't be from Dick Van Dyke. 2 months of horrible customer service and don't stand behind the warranty.Review from Gary K

Recently I found it necessary to contact the DVD Service Dept for an elderly friend to ask a question retarding a purchase she had made. Even though I was not the customer, the person answering my call (Savanna) was very courteous and extremely helpful in finding the answer to my question and supplying a more than acceptable solution. She ended our conversation in a very professional manner by promising to personally follow up with me to insure that all my friend's concerns and inquires had been resolved. As a result of this experience, I will continue to do business with DVD in the future and highly recommend the operation to all of my friends and relatives. I am so frustrated with the customer service from the service repair center. We had a fridge delivered on 11/15 & had a repair technician come a couple of days later because the fridge was not making ice. The technician said there is an irreparable broken wire & that we would need a replacement fridge. I got a phone call just before Thanksgiving that the store was on the case & would call with updates. This was the last time they would ever initiate contact. 12/11- I call for an update & they say they've emailed ******** to get a case number. 12/26- I call for an update & they say they have no clue what's going on & will talk to a supervisor & call me back in the afternoon. No call comes. 1/2- I call in the morning & am again told essentially "I don't know, let me talk to a supervisor & call you back." No call comes & I call again at 4 PM only to be told again "I'll call you back." No call comes. My husband calls at 6:30 PM only for sales to tell him that service closed at 5. I paid full price for a fridge that was broken at delivery & I still do not have a replacement product after a month & a half.Review from Ruby S

We just purchased a freezer from Dick Van Dyke. It was scheduled to be delivered next week as our old one had started making weird noises. When it went out they were able to reschedule to today. Experienced popping and cracking noises after delivery men left as well as some other digital display issues. My first contact was Julie in Service and she was very helpful. She was able to get some explanation but also scheduled a service call which ended up being rescheduled. Julie went the extra mile calling to follow up with me every day. She was amazing and her service and follow up was greatly appreciated and unexpected.Review from John W

Overall, we haven’t had any issues after purchasing a washer, dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator, and electric range. That being said, there have been a few rough patches Purchase the electric range was more complicated than it needed to be. After we purchased the range, we were called later and told the model we purchased was discontinued. It would have been nice to know this before purchasing. Fortunately, that issue was resolved to our satisfaction. The refrigerator we purchased started making noise on occasion. This was diagnosed and a part ordered. When the tech came to install the part, the customer would part was not all in the box. A new part was ordered. This part was all there but the tech damaged the freezer beyond repair. This issue is still in the process of being resolved. The company was able to provide a replacement in a few days Special shout out to Kim for organizing the replacement and to Jason for quickly correcting a water leak
