      Do not rely on this company for repairs! I contacted them in February 2021 about a leak in my roof around the chimney. After several visits from the installer, the problem was still not taken care of in October 2021. I finally called another roofer, who fixed the problem, so as not to have further damage to my roof and attic. When I asked Williams for a refund, they demanded all kinds of documentation, including the invoice, receipt, and warranty from the new roofer! They still have over $1000 of my money for a problem that they did not fix. If you had a negative star rating, I would leave one.

      It's always a unfortunate thing that a customer isn't satisfied, and we try now as always to please everyone. The repair that was done in Feb. Came with a 60 day REPAIR warranty. And we did go back as we were assessing the problem, unfortunately the first contact we has with her was when she informed us she wanted a refund of 1000.00 When I asked for a copy of the invoice as to be assured it was something we were responsible for, she produced a genetic internet proposal, fiotinsurance storm damage work,, for 700.00 without a company name.or exactly what work was done. She did finally send me pictures of work and a invoice on a generic invoice pad still without company name, but still in the amount of 700.00
      I asked for a company letterhead with what work was done, and their warranty, and told her when that was produced we would send her the 700.00 she says she had to pay to repair our work. This review is the first thing I've heard since then..
      I am still will to pay the 700.00 but since I am paying another roofer to do the work she is talking about, I think it fair, and equitable to allow me to know at least who I'm paying and for what, and the length of the warranty

      I have had Williams Roofing to come to my home on at least 4 occasions from February to October 2021. I feel that in 8 months a whole house can be built, much less fixing a roof leak. Since I have provided Williams Roofing with an itemized invoice, proof of payment to the second roofer, and pictorial evidence of work completed, I am simply asking for reimbursement since Williams Roofing failed to fix the problem. Any agreement with the new roofing company, especially warranty information, should be of no concern to Williams Roofing.

      Unfortunately it is never a good thing to get in to a dispute with a customer and we regret it.
      But as I have asked for from the beginning, and still think it reasonable to ask for a invoice with the name of the roofer, or there company name, alone with the warranty they are providing, since I am willing to reimburse the 700.00 cost of the repair..
      As soon as we receive that information I will personally process the cost if the repair that was done.

      The fact remains that any warranty that I have with a third party is not the concern of Williams Roofing . This smacks of paternalism to a female customer, and it is obvious that, as a senior citizen, I could not do the work myself! My original review citing this company for not being able to fix a problem in 8 months and refusing to refund unless I share personal transactions, stands.
