I was shocked at how our personal belonging's were treated and that several items were stolen. The majority of the boxes were thrown into our 2 attics in no order. Items were broken, boxes were gone through (have on camera) no beds were put together, handles broken off night stand, part of a Santa Claus was found in the attic but the main part isn't even in our home. All of our medications were stolen. Big items were also stolen such as: set of new golf clubs, generator, 1 rolling ********* tool box full of tools, 1- 4 drawer ********* tool box full of tools, 2 - red ********* 1 drawer tool boxes were stolen also full of tools. 1- weed eater and 1 edger. This was a NEW home and the stair steps had to be redone and many places on the walls had to be repaired. Painters are still working to get everything re-done because of the carelessness of this companies employees.
The owner has been contacted several times and my husband was told , well , I guess the things of yours was lost. Really? How does this happen?
The owner also said we could pay for the moving and he would let the storage expense go. Are you kidding me? After all of this and he expects payment? We are going thru the mess in the attic and we keep finding smashed flowers, broken picture frames. Its a shame that this owner doesn't hold himself accountability for anything. He will be held accountability this time. I wish I could post our pictures on this review for all to see. You would be shocked. Please bypass this company and keep looking for another mover.

Five Star Moving has provided the *****' with a claim form to begin the claim process. The *****' have not paid for the storage or the move at this time, which is in excess of $3,000.

Five Star moving has provided a claim for us, but we are not going to pay for anything until our item's are returned or we are paid for them. That total is over 10,000.00. Our new home has to be repainted on the inside upstairs and repairs to nics in the walls. I have pictures of all the mess!! We have so many broken items and the owner's only comment was: well, I guess all your things got lost!
Well I doubt it and one of his employees even told us he remembered our items being loaded on their moving truck because of the weight.
This is only part of our story. Come on by and take a look at our mess. No beds put together, boxes were all opened and looked in on the first day which we have on camera. I even caught an employee of Five Star going through boxes in the Master Closet and one of Five Star Moving's employees caught the same guy going through boxes. Do I need to keep going?
